  Great and unforgettable experience and lovely service!

  My husband Thomas and I went to this place for our honeymoon and we had a fabulous time. I highly suggest to book preferred club to get the BEST of everything. Our butler, Kevin was amazing. He answered every text message and helped us with all our requests even during his days off which was very impressive. Our servers Fay and Denise in Preferred Club in Oceana were both so sweet, welcoming and amazing. They’re also very attentive and sweet. The Filipino guy head server was also very friendly and we saw him in all 3 restaurants for dinner and during lunch as well. Our favorite restaurant is Tierra and favorite head supervisor Genevieve was the BEST. On our second visit to this restaurant , she remembered my husband being allergic to shellfish and also our favorites. She is so attentive, so sweet and very polite. She just has very friendly and angelic face that we love. The buffet was amazing as well and during July 4th they had special items for Americans such as ribs, burgers, hotdogs, steaks and all the fixings and sides. Their entertainment every night was amazing too. Our favorite bar was preferred club lounge and Chanel was an amazing bartender. Our drinks were always great and she was super sweet and very friendly. We love her!! We loved having our own little pool in our preferred suite and I used it almost everyday to get a tan and used my floater bed. The server in preferred pool - Urvin was so nice and super helpful. He would even come to my little pool across the big preferred pool to get my drink order. He would always check in which I thought was really nice and sweet. And last but not least - Yoel was amazing and the best supervisor. He was very kind, helpful and accommodating. He definitely made sure we had an amazing time during our last day. The gym was fabulous too. We were there everyday. The beach was like 3 minute walk and beach chairs and towels and drinks were available. This place is new and only one month old so they still have their few quirks so give them a chance peeps!! We will back for sure with our friends. See you all again Secrets!!

  Beautiful Resort, but Preferred Pool Concierge Missed the Mark

  I was staying at Secrets Baby Beach recently and in general, I had a fabulous time. The resort is fantastic, the air is calm and the beach is so wonderful. It was just the sort of escape I was hoping. There is however a small negative worth pointing out, which took place at the Preferred Pool. It had a concierge -his name was Giovanini or Jovan (I can not remember) - on duty. The time that I was there he did not offer any help or even make any conversation with me, which was surprising because the rest of the staff in the rest of the resort were very kind and helpful. I even took a sort of a snap of him to pass by, just to remember who it was so as I might be able to refer to it, next time. But it is not such a big difference and when you are staying in the Preferred Club section you kind of do expect a bit more attention when hanging out at that pool. With that being said I actually did have a good time in general and would definitely go back. The service in the Preferred Pool was unfortunately not as incredible as in the rest of the resort, hopefully, it will be better next time.

  Amazing staff and good food

  The staff was my favorite part. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Market cafe (buffet for breakfast and lunch) was so good. Great choices and everything was fresh. Staff was amazing everywhere. Can’t stress enough. Also the cafe was great. The ice creams there are amazing. They have different flavors everyday. Love it so much

  Outstanding!

  Everything is relative, but please don’t be dissuaded from coming to Secrets Baby Beach by reading negative reviews. Unfortunately, people are more inclined to write negative reviews than positive. Everything about our stay was fantastic. I’m trying to remember as many names as I can, but the whole staff was amazing. From check in with Valeria and Kay, to Emmanuel, our bellman, the beginning of our stay was awesome. The property is modern and beautiful. Even Jessica from Club Hyatt was pleasant as she described membership amenities. Our room was well-appointed, and since they knew it was our anniversary, there was a Happy Anniversary sign on our door, and a bottle of champagne and chocolates in our room. The resort is a perfect size—not too large or small. The entertainment crew was AMAZING. There were many things to do each day, including Zumba, yoga, water aerobics, painting, tie-dye, and bracelet making. Understandably, not many people want to ‘do’ stuff on vacation, but the staff was always ready. Angela, Tai, Ivy, Yasmin, Jimmy, Sebastian, David, and Hector went out of their way to make sure guests had a great time. The Manatee Bar staff, including Nasicio and Sebastian made great drinks, and Tyara and Yesika made sure that drink service at the pools was terrific. The food in the restaurants was fantastic. We got to eat in all four specialty restaurants, as well as having breakfast and lunch in the Market Cafe. There, Sophia made breakfast delightful, as did Paola and Yuliet. All of the hostesses, including Milly, Aaliyah, Yuliana, and Treshana were welcoming and genuinely friendly. Kadia at Oceana, and Emilio at Portofino were stellar. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of our waitresses at Himitsu and Tierra, but they were all top-notch. The grounds and rooms were meticulously kept, and ALL of the staff were great. I cannot say enough about the Secrets Baby Beach Resort. It made our trip to Aruba paradise!

  Nice resort....but!!!!!!!!!!!

  The resort was beautiful. However, there are a few things that needs attention to make this resort better. We stayed in Preferred Club swim out suite. Our butler service was seriously lacking. Having stayed at several Secrets resorts, this is the first time we only saw our butler on arrival and day before departure. He didn't make an effort at all. He responded when we called, apologized for our failed room service but never initiated contact other than sending the daily resort schedule. The food was just okay. Wait time to be seated/and receive food was too long. Ordered room service one night and never received the food. Did a follow-up call, still no food. The housekeeping staff and wait staff in restaurants were awesome.
