  Excellent Service!!

  My husband and I stayed at Secrets Cap Cana for our 25th wedding anniversary!! We stayed at one of the preferred club swim-out suites!! I am very glad that we chose Preferred Club because the level of service is top-notch! Darling was our butler and he took care of all of our needs from start to finish. He is attentive and made the trip extra special for us. I can’t say enough good things about darling. He provided us with great service. He constantly checked in on us to ensure everything was ok with our stay. He’s simply amazing !! All of the staff at the resort are amazing. They are welcoming and super friendly with a great attitude that made you feel right at home. They go out of their way to ensure that you are cared for throughout the resort and even on the beach. They check on you constantly at the pool and beach offering drinks, food, towels, etc., and the same goes for the restaurants!!! The hotel offers a great variety of food options as well as room service.

  Our stay in CAP CANA

  Every one was super friendly! We especially appreciated our personal butler, Darling! 10 out of 10!! Our check in and check out was super smooth! Nexus tours was great and had a private bus for us and the was perfect. The entire hotel was very clean and our maid was excellent! Our room and the walk pool was our favorite place to relax. We loved being waited on and having room service. We normally just ordered breakfast. What surprised us was the we never had any issues with the service. Yes everyone thing was effortless! We will highly recommend to everyone! The staff was very helpful and was very friendly. I think we wish we had researched the excursion’s to make sure to you get what you pay for. We chose to do snorkeling on a boat. Our snorkeling trip was delayed by several hours. The whole trip seemed very disorganized. It was our only excursion and so we didnt do any other excursions. It was very chill and relaxed and the preferred club was exactly what we wanted! I think the exclusivity of the preferred club . The preferred club made the entire experience very special.

  Absoluteb Luxury

  This was our first time on this type of holiday and so glad we chose Secrets Cap Cana for it. The staff were amazing from arriving until leaving, they honestly could not do enough for you. The food and drinks choices and quality were outstanding and never went withan empty glass. The rooms were top quality and the bed so comfortable. The pools and beach was gorgeous and really great experience just watching the world go by. Our Butler, Enrique, was the absolute best and also went above and beyond. We got a great taste of what Secrets Cap Cana has to offer and feel there is so much more to experience, which is a great excuse to return. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

  amazing and beautiful resort.

  If I could give this resort 10 stars I would. First, I want to say, bring water shoes! there are plants growing on the ocean floor here and the sand is mushy in some spots. If you have sensory issues like I do, you will need the shoes. The resort is absolutely an amazing place. We have been vacationing in the Caribbean for about 15 years. we have stayed at multiple different resorts. mostly in Punta Cana. This by far has been the nicest place we have ever been to. The staff is very friendly, and the resort is so clean. We had a preferred club ocean front swim out suite. It was an amazing view. The rooms were nice, we had some bathroom issues, but maintenance fixed everything super-fast. Our Butler, Darling, was great. very attentive and made sure we were having a nice stay. The staff at the beach bar were very fun, Javiar made our stay even better. Constantly checking with us to make sure we had enough cocktails. It was like we had known him forever. such a nice guy. Franciso at the preferred club bar/restaurant was also a fun guy. the staff really makes you feel like you belong there. The whole experience was incredible. The pools are fantastic and grounds are well maintained. The food at all the restaurants was very good. We loved the whole experience. If the ocean was just a tad bit better, we would never go any where else. I am sure we will visit again. Next time I will bring the water shoes so I can go in the ocean.

  So happy with the service!

  We went for our anniversary and are so happy we chose Secrets Cap Cana! The food was great and the service was excellent! We stayed in the preferred club and went to the preferred pool every day! Our waitress, Maria, was phenomenal and truly made our trip! We would come back for her alone! Our butler, Matiel, was so kind and set up rose petals and champagne/desserts on our anniversary. It was such a good trip and we plan to go back again!
