  A dream that came true!

  We had an absolutely amazing time! 10 out 10 would recommend! From our arrival to our departure it was just a magical experience. Our concierge Jenfry made every attempt to make even more special and wonderful. He really went above and beyond. Being my first trip to a resort, he has set the bar very high! We were celebrating a Babmoon and early anniversary. The attention and care he put into our experience was just incredible and beyond any expectations I had. Our last night he even left a very special surprise on our room to commemorate the truly beautiful experience we shared. Thank you to the entire staff but a huge shoutout to Jenfry for being an amazing person and making us feel at home! Thank you Jenfry!

  Secrets Cap Cana

  This resort was everything I needed! ❤️ I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, and he absolutely loved it. From the amazing food at the teppanyaki restaurant and El Patio, which has delicious Mexican food, to the incredible steakhouse, everything was so good! The drinks were amazing too. 🍹✨ All of the workers were so kind and welcoming to us, but of course, we can’t forget our amazing concierge, JENFRY! He was absolutely incredible and treated us so well. He answered all of our questions, made sure we had everything we needed, and even surprised us by decorating our room for my boyfriend’s birthday without me even asking! 🥹❤️ It was honestly the sweetest and most special trip. We had such an amazing experience, and I definitely can’t wait to go back! 10/10 experience! 🌴💕

  Great experience again!

  My wife and I went with some friends for an anniversary and birthday trip. This was our 6th time at Secrets Cap Cana. It was once again a perfect trip and beautiful resort. Our butler Miguel did a wonderful job accommodating us throughout the trip. He was very nice and funny and a great addition from our previous trips. Maria was our pool server each day at the preferred club pool. She was the absolute best! She was always so happy and kept a smile on our face. Domingo was our server multiple times and did a great job with everyone and always had a smile. Spaghetty was the best hype man and dance teacher. He had us laughing throughout the entire trip! Jennilza was our swim out pool server. She was so sweet and made sure we always had anything we needed. I can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

  Memorable trip outstanding service!

  We had an amazing stay at Secrets Punta Cana! Everything was great—the resort is beautiful, the pool was incredible, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. A few people really made our trip special: our butler Miguel was fantastic, Maria and Alexander took great care of us by the pool, and Francisco at the Preferred Bar was awesome. Finally Melvin at the sky bar took great care of us every evening and provided some unique cocktails. Their service and personalities made an already great vacation even better. We would absolutely recommend Secrets Punta Cana and would love to come back!

  An Amazing Birthday & Anniversary Stay — The Staff Made It Unforgettable

  Secrets Cap Cana was absolutely stunning, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the people. We were celebrating both my birthday and our anniversary, and from the beginning, the resort made us feel special. Our room was absolutely beautiful, and the double shower was such a wonderful and convenient feature for a couple. When we arrived, there were two celebration banners on our door—one for my birthday and one for our anniversary—and on my actual birthday, I received a cake. Those thoughtful touches meant so much to me. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly, warm and caring, but I have to give special recognition to our concierge, Ramon. He was phenomenal. Whenever we needed something, he went above and beyond—whether that meant finding it, having it delivered or making a reservation for us. But I really learned what kind of person Ramon was when I became sick during our vacation. He immediately took action. He arranged for homemade chicken noodle soup and soda crackers, got a doctor for me right away, and then checked on me twice a day to make sure I was okay. What impressed me most was that his kindness never felt like something he was simply doing because it was his job. Ramon genuinely seemed like a wonderful human being who cared about what I was going through. I will never forget how well he treated me. The spa was probably the best spa experience I have ever had, and again, it was largely because of the staff. They took care of me like I was a celebrity! Even the cold plunge—which was A LOT for me—they encouraged me through. And afterward, while I was relaxing in the pool, they actually floated snacks out to me. That was such a fun and memorable touch. Our beach experience was equally wonderful because of Alexi. He was so kind, upbeat and positive. He basically told us, “Don’t move unless you’re going in the water!” And he meant it. He brought us everything—from drinks and snacks to full meals—so that we could simply relax and enjoy the beach. Housekeeping also deserves recognition. The room was consistently cleaned beautifully, but what stood out were the little details. If they noticed that we used more of a particular product or amenity, they would leave us extra without our having to ask. That kind of attentiveness makes a luxury experience feel truly personal. There was really only one negative for us: the timeshare/vacation-club sales approach. We found it persistent enough to be annoying and at times uncomfortable. At a resort designed for relaxation, I would much prefer that guests be able to decline once and then simply enjoy their vacation without feeling pressured. But I don’t want that one issue to overshadow what was otherwise an exceptional stay. Secrets Cap Cana gave us exactly what we were hoping for as a couple. There were plenty of fun activities when we wanted to participate, but there were also beautiful, quiet areas where we could simply relax together. You can make the vacation as active—or as peaceful—as you want it to be. We would absolutely recommend Secrets Cap Cana to couples, and we would happily return. Most of all, thank you to Ramon, Alexi, the wonderful spa team, and the housekeeping staff. Beautiful resorts are easy to photograph and advertise, but it’s the people who determine how you remember a vacation. They made ours special.
