We arrived the day after Thanksgiving and left on Dec 4th. This place is completely 5 star in my book. We were in preferred room 8604 which had an amazing view of the ocean. Our butler Phillipe was wonderful. We were celebrating our anniversary and he decorated our room and even coordinated a breakfast in bed the next morning. Phillipe answered all of our questions and helped with our every need. The preferred beach, pool, and bar were all fantastic.

The attentive staff made the trip!
Beautiful resort! Staff was always attentive and amazing. Concierge Jeison Calderon was very supportive and did a fantastic job.

One of the best!
We have traveled to many Secrets resorts in both Mexico and the Dominican. Secrets Cap Cana was probably the most beautiful of all that we have visited. The service was OVER the top good! Our concierge, Jeison Calderon, was helpful with any request that we had and even those we didn’t know we had. Helping to set up spa appointments and answer any and all questions. Should we return we would request Jeison to be our concierge. The only room for improvement we can see would be in the nighttime lounge/bar area…. This is the first resort we have visited that does not have a true lounge/bar for night time hanging out.

Best Honeymoon Destination and Resort
The most beautiful resort. The people are the most genuine, loving, happy, fun people you will meet in your life. The resort was clean, beach was beautiful, activities and entertainment absolutely amazing. We will be back.

10 year anniversary trip
We had a great experience at Secrets Cap Cana! The food, amenities and staff exceeded our expectations, especially Reinaldo our butler! Staff like him make you feel like family.
