Excellent resort!!
This resort is beautiful! The service here is above any other I have experienced! Our concierge, Darling, went above and beyond every day. He was always very present and made sure we had every thing we needed. Our pool staff, Santa, also made the trip for us. I can’t say enough about the service and care we had here!

Rooftop Bar - Go Meet Melvin!
We had a great stay and our butler Georgie was extremely helpful and always there for anything we needed. One thing every person should do is go to the rooftop bar and meet Melvin. He is the bartender and not only makes the best drinks on the property, he is also an extremely personable, kind, and just a great person to chat with. He truly made our trip better and I would highly recommend spending your evenings with him!

The best vacation I’ve ever had in my life
Staff that treats you like family. Check in and check out super easy. You barely do anything right by the airport super fast drive. It was the perfect fit for my husband and I and the perfect place to celebrate anything. Miguel was awesome. Maria took care of us every single day the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I can’t wait to go back.

Secrets Cap Cana Punta Cana
We had an amazing experience at Secrets Cap Cana. What made it the best was the staff. They felt like a home away from home, so inviting, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. Most specifically: Ice Cube, John Cena, Angel, Ramon, Alvaro, Michael, Bladamir, Papito. We were constantly laughing and smiling because of the staff. The food was also excellent. We didn’t have a bad experience with the food. Lots of variety. Our favorite was Seaside for lunch and Hibachi for dinner. The noise level was fine. We did have a room near the theatre when there were shows at night but we also turned on white noise and didn’t hear anything. Overall the location was very clean. Workers did a lot to continue to make it look amazing. The only downfall we feel was the seaweed. It was pretty bad in the ocean which cause us to not get in. It also did have a bad odor at times. We were able to still sit on the beach and enjoy the view and breeze. The workers were on the beach each day trying to clear the seaweed off, they worked hard. We also had a Junior Swim Out and would get that room type over and over. It was nice to have a semi private pool and enjoy a little more peace rather than being in a larger pool with lots of activities, at times. The bigger pools were also great and they provided a lot of beautiful oceanfront views.
