    Nice budget all inclusive

    Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The property was in very good shape. Restaurants were underwhelming, but there was always something to eat that was good. The Teppanyaki was fun, and the food was good.

    Nice Getaway

    Hyatt Zilara was in a good location with a good amount of amenities and activities on site as well as a front staff and concierge that worked well together to make sure guests were taken care of. We were able to do a bull shark dive and a tour of Tulum ruins.

    Great adults only resort!

    We were very pleased with our experience at the Hyatt Zilara Maya Riviera. The location was perfect, a 30 minute drive from the airport and it had an exceptional beach. We walked in both directions and by far, this section of beach was the best. We were pleasantly surprised to find out at check in that this resort was smoke free. Bonus! The resort itself is small however, this allows for better service. Overall this resort was great. It was clean, bright, lots of pool chairs and clean beach. Beach is free of seaweed! The five restaurants were all of great quality with lots of options. Buffet had lots of options and the specialty restaurants were very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would return and would recommend this adults only resort!

    Birthday Trip

    We had the Best time here celebrating my Birthday 🎂 Ferman and Sandy from the entertainment were simply amazing. Our Concierges Alfonso, Mary and Fernanda were the Best. The whole staff was simply amazing. Thank you for making my Birthday so amazing!!

    BEDBUGS BEDBUGS

    BEDBUGS BEDBUGS AND MORE BEDBUGS. Went to nearby hospital and although Dr confirmed bedbugs and even showed me a photo from his phone, he refused to write this in his diagnosis and report. I was horrified! Although I immediately notified the floor manager, Atzimba, she insisted that this wasn’t a case of bedbugs! Although I kept insisting that they do something about this room #243, I just got lots of smiles and how can we make your stay comfortable etc. They are well trained to avoid the issue! They did give us another room and made me sign a release accordingly. We didn’t care about money or suing the hotel, we just wanted them to act responsibly. Our stay was for two weeks and in that period we noticed several other unassuming guests with the identical bites!
