  Luxury at it’s finest

  The property and staff were amazing, and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we jumped on the catamaran we felt pampered and that feeling carried thru the whole trip. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore the island.

  Great People and Top Service

  Amy and Zelma made our anniversary stay special My wife and I visited Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Our butlers, Amy (Amairani) and Zelma, deserve special recognition for the personal attention they gave us throughout our stay. Zelma went out of her way to find Pepsi for our room and had it ready the next morning. It might sound like a small thing, but that willingness to help with a personal preference meant a lot. When my wife accidentally left her Kindle at the rooftop pool, Zelma located it in lost and found and was at our room to return it within minutes of our message. We really appreciated her kindness and follow-through. Amy was a tremendous help with our anniversary dinner at La Vista. We had asked about traditional Mexican dishes that reminded me of the food I grew up eating, and she helped coordinate the arrangements with the restaurant team. The dinner was delicious and a highlight of our trip. She also helped arrange dinner from Spezia when we wanted a quiet evening in our room. Amy’s attention to our departure arrangements was especially appreciated. When weather prevented the resort’s boat from operating, she kept us informed about the ferry arrangements and confirmed that our airport transportation knew about the change in pickup location. Throughout the visit, both Amy and Zelma helped with reservations, shared daily activities, answered questions, and made us feel welcome and cared for.   An Unforgettable Honeymoon in Paradise

  Our honeymoon at Impression Isla Mujeres was truly unforgettable. The breathtaking Caribbean Sea, wonderful food, warm and friendly people, and the peaceful atmosphere made every moment feel special. It was the perfect place to slow down, enjoy each other’s company, and celebrate the beginning of our life together. Our time in Isla Mujeres, Cancun, and Mexico gave us so many beautiful memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We would especially like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our amazing butlers, Zelma and Amairani. From the moment we arrived, they took such wonderful care of us and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Their kindness, warmth, and thoughtful attention made our honeymoon even more special. By the end of our stay, they felt less like our butlers and more like new friends we were lucky enough to meet during our journey. If any of our friends or family were planning a trip to Cancun or Isla Mujeres, we would recommend Impression Isla Mujeres without hesitation. And hopefully, someday, we will have the chance to return to this beautiful place and see Zelma and Amairani again. Thank you for giving us such a magical honeymoon.   Amazing hotel

  We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and It was the best vacation we had together. The hotel, the grounds, and the beach were beautiful. The staff and service was excellent. It was a wonderful experience.

  Someone pooped in our room on the floor after we made one complaint

  If you are planning to stay here, safe yourself from reliving the white lotus experience & if you haven’t seen that show you might want to before going here. It’s extremely dangerous at this resort. You would not believe that on our second day we had one complaint so we went to the front desk and then the rest of our stay retaliation was at its finest. We would leave the DND sign on our door and when we came back from being out there was an actual poop left on our floor in our room. It was like the employee was truly recreating the white lotus show. It’s a nice property but be prepared to spend a bunch of money and not be allowed to complain about one thing or else you’ll be on the hit list. It was our honeymoon and they had jack hammering all day above us, watch the video here. They also the ceiling falling down into our jacuzzi on the balcony so we couldn’t even use it unless we wanted to soak in 105 degree paint and drywall water. We were scared to say anything after coming back to our room and stepping in someone’s poop on the floor. And when we reached out to Hyatt after to her help they said it’s a franchise so they can’t do anything about it. It was extremely misleading because truthfully we only chose that resort because it was a Hyatt and we believed they had hire standard and a good reputation but apparently they put their name on hotels to help them get business but then when things go wrong like this they “aren’t involved” I wish we would have know that people were serious in all of the comments online when they say its just like white lotus. It’s sad we spent $1500 a night for our honeymoon here and to have a private jacuzzi on our balcony that we couldn’t even use. And don’t plan sleeping past 9 am unless you can sleep through this type of noises. Please use your money somewhere that is safer and your allowed to speak up if you have an issue. If you’re staying here they will tell you that you get a special honey moon gift and to show up for a private breakfast but then when you get there all excited for the nice treat for your honeymoon they will have large printed copies of your passports and lead you to a sales presentation to buy a time share. We also got 60 minute massages that only lasted 43 minutes. But of course do not plan to complain about anything unless you want to come back to your room to step in someone’s poop on the floor after you left the DND sign on. Multiple times when we were in our room with the DND sign on employees just walk right in. It’s extremely concerning and scary to stay here honestly. Use your money somewhere else. Not to mention they advertise the slide at the resort but if you read all of the comments the slide hasn’t worked in 2 years. Please just watch white lotus if you haven’t and understand they pride themselves on being like that show. It’s all fun and games until you realize it’s true and it’s life threatening. They are probably gonna kill me for writing this review. Go somewhere else it’s not worth the risk. Oh I guess they don’t let you upload videos on here.
