  AMAZING

  Secrets Moxché was our first all-inclusive resort, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but honestly, I’m not sure it could’ve been any better! Everyone was extremely nice, attentive, and made us feel so well taken care of. We spent most of our days hanging out at the activity pool, where there were fun activities going on at different times throughout the day. Sergio and Ari were THE BEST!! They were so spunky, fun, and genuinely loved including everyone. They were definitely a huge part of what made our days so much FUN! We had such an amazing time at Secrets Moxché and will definitely be leaving with some incredible memories!

  We had the absolute BEST time at Secrets Moxché, and a huge part of what made our stay so special was the incredible entertainment team — especially Ari and Sergio! ❤️ From the moment we met them, they were so friendly, fun, energetic, and genuinely made us feel welcome. They have such amazing personalities and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. Whether we were participating in activities, laughing, or just seeing them around the pool, they always brought such a fun energy with them. Ari and Sergio are the kind of people who make a vacation memorable. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with guests. They made us laugh, included everyone, and created so many fun memories that we’ll be talking about long after we’re home. Secrets Moxché is beautiful and the resort itself is amazing, but it’s people like Ari and Sergio who take the experience to another level. They deserve so much recognition for the energy, kindness, and effort they bring every single day. If you’re staying at Secrets Moxché, find Ari and Sergio and get involved in whatever they’re doing — you will NOT regret it! 🥂☀️💃 Thank you, Ari and Sergio, for helping make our anniversary trip one we will never forget!   Amazing food, entertainment and grounds!

  Had an amazing time! The entertainment team was the best! Sandra, Jose, Joram all were so great!!! As well as concierge at the pool David and Carlos! They all went above and beyond and made our stay even better!

  Pretty good- though watch out for the Tropical View (aka dirt lot) View Rooms

  Food tends to be the weakest link in AIs but generally speaking the food here was quite good. It's not perfect, but in my opinion as close to perfect I've seen until you pay for Grand Velas. I would suggest avoiding steak centric dishes, and those are the easiest to tell as not being "at home" restaurant quality. Pool service was generally very good. You will get asked numerous times a day by the pool concierge as well as waiters if you need anything. This was slightly inconsistent based upon the day, but I would say better than anywhere else I've stayed besides excellence. The resort is stunning. Though you need to realize there are some design drawbacks with Moxche. You have numerous themed pools with their own design language. Only at the front pool do you have ocean views. And this is relatively small for a large resort. This is subjective, but I'm not sure if any of the non-ocean front pools are "better" than the ocean front pool. Of course you could design a resort with a much larger main pool, but then it would be like 90% of the other resorts and wouldn't be secrets moxche. I loved how the pool concierge will stop people from leaving their towels early in the morning for breakfast. Basically the rule that they enforce is until it's lunchtime you are expected to be at the pool you put your stuff at. This made it possible for us to get decent seats after breakfast without playing the game. We booked this room as advertsied on their website : "The Junior Tropical View offers a spectacular view to our tropical landscape, two double beds, a full bathroom and separate shower." The actual view was a barren dirt lot that will eventually house another hotel. We were lucky, in that being higher up you get more of a partial ocean view. This view gets only worse the lower you are in the hotel. They really need to update the description on the website so folks are aware what they are getting. I suspect they did the math and figured the amount they lose from negative reviews is less than the amount they would lose by describing the views accurately. Minus 2 stars for marketing being either unethical or incompetent. Despite being low season, we were not able to pay to upgrade to a normal ocean view on the other side of the hotel. The only options provided was ~$200 a day to go to impressions or preferred club. But anyways if you book the correct room, this is an very unique resort with numerous interesting pools to explore.

  Honeymoon Memories Made in Mexico

  Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen isn’t just a resort—it is pure, unfiltered paradise. Choosing it for our honeymoon in July and August was hands-down the best decision we ever made. We loved every single second of it! From the moment we were dropped off, the team rolled out the red carpet for a truly magical stay. The scenery is absolutely stunning, from the cenote-style pools to the spectacular beach sunrises that made waking up early totally worth it. Incredible Dining The food throughout the resort was out of this world. Breakfast was a highlight every morning with an incredible spread, and the choice of dinner restaurants was top-notch. The French restaurant was utterly delicious, and the authentic Mexican cuisine blew us away. Plus, every single server was super attentive—our drink glasses were never empty! Unforgettable Staff (and Guest Heroes!) What made our trip so special was the incredible people: The Dream Entertainment Team: Massive shoutout to Aranza, Jessica, Miguel, Sergio, Adrian, Daniella, Regina, Gaby, and Axel. You brought so much energy, kept us laughing, and made us feel so included. The Great Ring Rescue: Special props to the staff and guests who mobilized like a full SWAT team when I disastrously lost my wedding ring during pool volleyball! Finding it was a actual miracle, and the whole chaos became a memory we’ll laugh about forever (even if my heart stopped for a second). Special Connections: We bonded so much with Aranza and Jessica—we loved our long chats with you both! A huge thank you to Aranza and Sergio for the incredibly thoughtful goodbye gift of handwritten notes from the whole team. It truly meant the world to us. Poolside Royalty: Shoutout to Oscar and Jacob from the pool concierge team for keeping us so well looked after—cleaning our sunglasses while we lounged was such a top-tier touch! If you’re looking for the ultimate luxury escape in Mexico, look no further. We’ll be talking about this trip for the rest of our lives!
