    Great property. Relatively new so it was very clean and nice. Pools and food were great and as mentioned, never too crowded

    A cautionary tale for all-inclusive travelers

    Travel long enough and you learn the polished brochure rarely tells the whole story, and this resort proved it. Our entire group fell ill during the stay. For me, it turned into more than a week of recovery, prescription treatment, and days lost to simply getting through it. When things go wrong, how a property responds tells you everything, and here it was a scripted email with no real accountability. Food and water safety is the bare minimum at any all-inclusive, and this one fell short. Save your vacation days for somewhere that takes guest health seriously.

    We had an amazing time at this resort. The service was impeccable and the resort was beautiful. I want to especially thank David at poolside and Jose at Market Cafe. If you are there, make sure you ask for them!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay at Moxché — Exceptional Service, Luxury & Incredible Staff!

    Our stay at Moxché was truly an unforgettable experience! Having experienced several all-inclusive resorts, I can confidently say that Moxché stands out above the rest. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed with purpose, creating a luxurious atmosphere that made the entire experience feel special. The resort is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service, incredible staff, delicious food, and overall atmosphere. FOOD & DRINKS 🍹 The food throughout our stay was delicious, and the drinks were just as impressive! The quality and overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special shout-out to Carlos at the Preferred Club bar for his outstanding service and incredible drinks! His passion for what he does shines through, and his passion fruit mimosa was absolutely delicious. He consistently made some of the best drinks we had throughout the entire resort, and every interaction with him was a pleasure. THE STAFF — THE TRUE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY! 🤍 While every staff member we encountered was exceptional, there were five individuals who truly went above and beyond and deserve special recognition. They made us feel welcomed, remembered, and genuinely valued throughout our stay. ✨ Gaby (Gabriel) was one of the first people to welcome us when we checked in, and we had the pleasure of seeing her daily throughout our stay. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and well taken care of. On my final day, she even hand-made a beautiful black-and-white woven wall hanging for me. This thoughtful, personal gesture meant so much and is something I will always cherish as a memory of our trip. Gaby was truly a highlight of our experience, and I will never forget her kindness! ✨ Ilse who was so absolutely kind & led some pool activities. She was always kind, attentive, and thoughtful, remembered our names every day, and made a point to check in to ensure we had everything we needed. On our last day, she even made sure to say her goodbyes, which was such a special touch. It’s those personal connections that make a vacation truly memorable. ✨ Sandy made our pool experience even more memorable with her amazing water Zumba class, which was easily a 10/10! Her energy and kindness were contagious. She also made my boyfriend and me beautiful bracelets at the pool and let us choose our own colors to take home. It was such a sweet, unexpected gesture that made our final day by the pool even more special. ✨ Consuela was absolutely wonderful and took such great care of us throughout our time at the pool. She always made sure we had a drink in hand and even created a special drink for my boyfriend, me, and the two friends we made during our stay. As if that weren’t enough, she personally escorted us to a restaurant, secured a table so we could enjoy lunch straight from the pool without waiting, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire experience. Her attentiveness and dedication to making our day effortless were truly outstanding! ✨ Carlos at the Preferred Club bar deserves another special mention! He was always so kind, welcoming, and attentive, and he consistently made some of the best drinks we had at the entire resort. His passion fruit mimosa was a standout, and his friendly personality made every visit to the Preferred Club bar that much more enjoyable. Carlos is a wonderful asset to the team! A SPECIAL REQUEST TO MANAGEMENT ❤️ I sincerely hope that Gabriel, Ilse, Sandy, Consuela, and Carlos receive special recognition for their outstanding service and the exceptional care they provide to guests. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and I truly believe their dedication deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded. Team members like these are invaluable to Moxché, and I hope management recognizes just how much of a positive impact they have on the guest experience.
