  Amazing location and a lot to like

  There is a lot to like about this hotel. We particularly like the calm, relaxing vibe. No loud music around the pool and the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Marta the Sun Consierge. Our preferred double deluxe frontal sea view room was spacious, with a huge comfy bed and amazing views from the balcony. The air con was quiet and efficient and we slept very well. Whatever was causing the unpleasant smell other reviewers have mentioned has clearly been dealt with as everywhere in the hotel smelt nice. The gardens are lovely and well tended. The service everywhere was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the nightly intertainment with some very talented performers.The preferred club infinity pool is very nice, as are the bali beds. However, the preferred club sunbed area felt rather cramped and the splattering of bird poo on the umbrellas was off putting. We opted for all-inclusive but not sure it was worth it. Dining options were, for us, a bit limited/monotomous and in hind sight it may have been better to eat out some nights and there are many nearby restaurants. Although you could order just about any premium spirit or cocktail the choice of wine on the AI package was just 2 white and 1 red wine, non of which we particularly liked. To be honest I would have to agree with other reviewers (and based on our experience of staying at 5 star hotels around the world) that the hotel , although pleasant, is not 5 star.

  Beautiful hotel

  The hotel was outstanding. Beautiful rooms. Fabulous views. Great view. Pool and beach in your doorstep. And a lovely parade of shops and restaurants. My only criticism is having to pay for the hotel car park.

  Geordies on tour Paguera 2026

  After a difficult few months this was a special occasion with high expectations. They were met. The staff were very friendly and always polite. The rooms were meticulously clean and well appointed. The proximity to the beach, the promenade for early morning walks and the preferred club all made our stay very enjoyable. Staff went out of their way to make a fuss of our youngest on his birthday. This was most appreciated. The food at the hotel was excellent and the omelette chef deserves a special mention. We will return if only to delight in the view from the dining verandah.

  Just ok. Would not stay again.

  This hotel needs a refresh. While it sits directly on Peguera Beach in Mallorca, the hotel itself has a very moldy smell in the rooms and throughout the hotel. I certainly would not rate it 5 stars. The staff does try to do a good job but when I was there I asked and they were only at 80% capacity even though it was high season. Nothing special other than the location.

  Awful. Embarrassing

  I came from NYC with my friends for a few drinks to enjoy at the outside veranda. The service was pathetic. I asked the server the WIFI password. He responded he didn’t know. He wasn’t going to go ask. He just said I don’t know. Later I never saw him so I went to the bar myself and ordered three more drinks. At 11:00 all the lights went off. There was no notification from the server or anyone else in the bar. We were three people sitting in the dark. The hotel had on its website it closes at 12. I asked the bartender he told me it was in a scheduled clock to shut the lights off. I said where is my waiter. I’ve traveled all over the world. This was the wirst service I encountered. And if this is any indication as to how they run the hotel…. My advice skip it.
