  A top notch resort in the center of it all

  Beautiful resort right in the center of beach, with beach there, with a seaside restaurants along the walkway, very serene and relaxing. The staff was very helpful, clean hotel. Did not have meals there. Highly recommended

  Not worth the money

  Not worth the money, if you’re spending this much, I’d personally book elsewhere. Not a bad hotel but not worth the price point. I wish I didn’t book it. Outdated furniture/decor. Noisy room - woken up everyday because of the restaurant above us. Hard floors and wooden chairs are NOT a good combination. We paid for a sea view room but was more a garden view room. Service was slow when requesting things to the room. One day we requested fresh towels (first time we asked for them) and we had to call up 3 times to chase for the towels, they arrived 2 hours later (after we had showered with the old towels). Curtains and curtain track fell down in our room - probably from the cleaners because we didn’t touch it but this took over 6 hours to complete a shoddy fix, we had to get ready for dinner fully exposed to the pool full of hotel guests. On site ice cream shop wasn’t open whilst we were there. Very basic hotel. Overpriced and not worth the money. Paying £460 a night for a hotel that’s worth no more than £150 a night. We were ‘upgraded’ to a preferred club room but couldn’t tell you what the upgrade was. I’m guessing it’s a scam to tell you that you’re upgraded but actually they put you below the restaurant and make you think you’ve been upgraded when in reality no one wants this room. We had a preferred club room but that does not mean you have preferred club benefits - such as the separate pool or eating areas which we were not allowed access to, what’s the point in having ‘preferred club’ room? The WiFi didn’t work so we had to resort to using our phones hotspot. No smart TV so couldn’t access apps like Netflix to watch what we wanted. Limited food menu at the pool bar. Breakfast food did not seem fresh - fruit seemed dry out. Cannot comment on lunch or dinner buffet as we didn’t eat there. Limited outdoor seating for the buffet so for breakfast we ate inside every day.

  Don't Come Here If You Are Not White

  My first time visiting Europe, and unfortunately, my experience at Secrets Mallorca was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The service was one of the biggest problems. Staff members often would not speak to us, acknowledge us, or provide basic service, while we watched them warmly interact with and assist other guests who were white. As a person of color, it was difficult not to notice the difference in treatment. I cannot speak to anyone’s intentions, but the difference in how we were treated was noticeable and deeply uncomfortable. As UVC members, we certainly did not feel valued or welcomed. At times, we were treated as if we were staying for free rather than being paying guests and members of the resort. The condition and service of the room were also unacceptable. We found bugs in the room and what appeared to be mold on the sheets. The room phone did not work, making it even more difficult to get assistance. There was also no luggage service when we needed it, and our texts requesting service were not answered. Basic hospitality should not be this difficult. We should not have to chase staff down for assistance, wonder whether anyone is going to respond to a service request, or feel ignored while other guests are receiving attentive treatment. This was my first time visiting Europe, and I was genuinely excited about the experience. Unfortunately, Secrets Mallorca turned what should have been a special trip into a very frustrating and disappointing one. For the price we paid and especially as UVC members, I expected much more. We deserved to be treated with the same respect, attention, and hospitality as every other guest.

  We love it here!

  We have been coming back to this hotel for many years and we love it, it’s like home from home, fabulous rooms, spotlessly clean, great food with lots of choice, super pool with very comfortable sun loungers but the best part are the staff, each and every one went goes out of their way to make sure you are having a wonderful holiday, nothing was too much trouble - the only downside was Jesus not being in Olio, get well soon, we missed you! We’ll be back again next year!

  A Tranquil Luxurious Break

  ​We have just returned from the most incredible week at Secrets Mallorca Villamil, and to say it was restorative is an understatement. From the moment we arrived, the tranquil atmosphere immediately set the tone for total relaxation. ​We stayed in the Preferred Club, which made the entire experience feel extra special from start to finish. A very special mention must go to our sun concierge, Marta. She was absolutely lovely, incredibly hard-working, and could not do enough for us. Her attentiveness and warmth added that wonderful personal touch that truly elevates a holiday from great to unforgettable. ​The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds right on the edge of the sea. Dining was another real highlight; the food was wonderfully fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious, letting us indulge while still feeling energized and light. Combined with the calm setting and sea air, it proved to be the ultimate wellness reset—we came home completely rejuvenated, rested, and glowing. ​If you are looking for peaceful luxury, exceptional hospitality, and a place to truly switch off and recharge, this is it. We wouldn't hesitate to return and cannot recommend it highly enough.
