Unforgettable Holiday
First time at Secrets Maroma and we had an unforgettable stay! The staff were amazing, food was delicious, rooms were very comfortable and always clean. The beach was so beautiful. Big shout out to Roberto in building 25, he couldn’t have made this stay more relaxing for us. You won’t regret picking this resort!

Relaxing winter break
Great location! Under an hour from the airport and also under an hour to Tulum and Xcaret. Staff work very hard and are so pleasant and helpful (we struggled to find a sad member of staff!) Our swim up room was in a great spot, close to the main reception area and restaurants, and was cleaned to a high standard. I was poorly one day and didn’t leave my room, and I received a call from reception to check if I was okay as housekeeping had noticed I was on do not disturb. They asked if I wanted clean towels and offered to get me medical help if required. Beautiful grounds and beach which were always kept clean and tidy. The staff do not stop to be fair! Lovely atmosphere at the hotel, great facilities to keep you entertained throughout the day and night. All sorts of activities offered through the day for you to join in with if you wish. Food was delicious with soooo much choice on offer!!! This is our third time in Mexico but our friends first, and the whole 11 nights stay exceeded their expectations, so thank you xx

The perfect Thanksgiving!
We stayed over Thanksgiving and will definitely be back. We are UVC members and typically only stay at Secrets brand. We booked Preferred ocean view king. We requested Bldg 24 on a high floor. Roberto was our building concierge and was fantastic. He even sent some Gatorade, ginger ale and club soda to the room when he heard I had an upset stomach after a long travel day. Roberto checked on us throughout our trip and he would be a reason to request his building again. We enjoyed dinner at Portofino- so much so we ate there twice. Dinner was delicious at Himitsu - we did not do the hibachi. The grill selections and wood fired pizza by the pool were a perfect snack! Our building was located close to the Preferred lounge and frequented there often to see Miguel - he was also at the pool some days and couldn’t have had better service. I asked for Ketel One, sprite and lemonade - he fixed it with Ketel One, sprite, lime juice and simple syrup - it was perfect! Get a massage! Massages were the best we’ve had on any vacation - ask for Jennifer or Marjorie- the deep tissue massage was amazing and included hydrotherapy. While we try to visit different resorts, we will definitely be back - already thinking next Thanksgiving!

Highly recommend Secrets Maroma
We loved everything about our first trip to Secrets Maroma resort and have already booked our next trip. The beach, room, staff and food were all top notch! You won’t be disappointed.
