Our experience at Secrets Maroma Beach was truly exceptional. The resort exuded beauty and cleanliness, and the swim-out Governor Suite upgrade was well worth the investment. The room was spacious, luxurious, and featured an incredible pool overlooking the ocean. Guillermo, our concierge, provided exceptional service, making our trip unforgettable. The team at Portofino Restaurant, Sergio, Hector and Head Chef were equally remarkable. We were a group of three couples, and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our time and the exceptional experience at this location. We indulged in delightful couples massages at the spa, culminating in a relaxing hydrotherapy session. Dorian, the beach bartender, was exceptional in his attentiveness, ensuring that we had ample beverages while relaxing and enjoying the pool attached to our Governor Suites. Breakfast at the Preferred Beach Club was also highly enjoyable. The beautiful view and delectable cuisine complemented the experience. Turn down service nightly was amazing and we even had a special last night with rose petals and a hot bubble bath waiting for our return to our room. We would highly recommend a trip to this resort to truly enjoy all it has to offer.

Paradise Perfected! We can’t wait to return.
Everything about Secrets Maroma Beach was simply stunning. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The surroundings are immaculate and beautiful, with the whole resort feeling calm, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. The entertainment was excellent without being overbearing, and there was always something to enjoy whether you wanted to relax or get involved. The choice of restaurants was fantastic, with high-quality food and plenty of variety. It’s one of those places that really does live up to the hype, and then some. I would absolutely aspire to go back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special getaway.

Great Time at Secrets Maroma
We had an excellent time at Secrets Maroma Beach Rivera in Cancun. The staff goes out of their way to ensure we have a great experience. Catalina at the pool was especially helpful and provided great service. The beach is beautiful and the main pool was heated which was nice. We'll be back!

Top Tier Experience at Secrets Maroma
It was an unbelievable experience. From when we got there to when we left, we felt at home. Rodger was the man, making sure we had everything we needed at all times throughout our entire stay. The staff was excellent and their attention to detail was second to none. Highly recommend staying at Secrets Maroma for your next trip.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Secrets Maroma to celebrate our anniversary and it was truly an unforgettable vacation. The staff are top notch: friendly, attentive, and eager for you to enjoy your experience - whether room, food, bar, or entertainment. Their level of professionalism is hard to come by these days. Our concierge Angel was fantastic and he helped with all details to make our stay smooth. We also really enjoyed Luis the beach attendant. The food was outstanding. The only slight issue was the noise level in the room. We were on the first floor of building 14 in one of the swim out suites, but that meant the room service carts went right past our door to get to the farther buildings - and they go by 24/7. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend booking a swim out suite for this reason. If they could find a solution for the cart noise, it would make the resort perfect in every possible way!
