This resort is beautiful and very well maintained! Above all, the staff are incredible - they were all very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable in their areas. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort to others without hesitation.

Great spot for a relaxing honeymoon.
We visited Secrets Playa Blanca for our honeymoon just last week and had an incredible experience. This was our first time at a luxury resort and it surpassed our expectations. The grounds were immaculate each and every day and lined with beautiful tropical greenery. The resort is small enough that navigate to all areas is easy and never felt like too much of a walk but large enough to provide variety and privacy. Where this resort really stands out is the food and staff. I have heard that the menus at Secrets properties can get repetitive, but as our first experience, we were blown away by the quality of the food. From chicken wings and pizza at the snack bar, to gourmet meals at the a la carte restaurants, everything that we ate was delicious and plated beautifully. As for the staff, the seem genuinely happy and enthusiastic to assist you and make your stay the best it can be. We had numerous staff members who would see us each day and greet us by name before asking if there was anything they could assist with. Many had great senses of humour and service was always prompt. The rooms were incredibly clean and modern with everything you would need. We also never found noise to be an issue. Overall 10/10 stay for our honeymoon and we hope to be back someday to enjoy it all over again!

Didn't Want to Leave
This resort is not only beautifully designed but also run by people who genuinely care about your experience. My best friend and I went to celebrate our birthdays. Our butlers, Eddy and Heber, as well as concierge Julieta helped bring several birthday surprises to life. One of those was a trip to the spa. Our massage therapists Pamela and Estella respectively had me relaxed and my friend knocked-out relaxed. Every restaurant did something special to celebrate, like Victor at the Italian restaurant and the whole team at Bordeaux. Wait staff at Bordeaux were so attentive and fun, we went back twice. Our ocean front room in building one had a stunning view. It was clean, quiet and well stocked. The only downside was three restaurants were closed during our stay. In the end, we didn't want to leave. I hope to return!

Lois and Juan were the best part of my experience! The resort and amenities were leisurely and impressive— but I needed help many times a day due to my daughter’s wedding- and they were extremely responsive. Any resort has drinks and pools but Juan and Lois gave above and beyond service.

Shout out to Demi and Angel!!
We spent 5 nights here for a wedding! We were a family of 5 and joined about 70 friends for an absolutely beautiful wedding! Wonderful experience! Demi and angel were so helpful ! So attentive’and kind! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!! Will Be back for sure! Miss Them already!
