May 19, 202525th wedding anniversary trip to remember
Spent 7 wonderful days here for our 25th wedding anniversary. The place was clean and staff extremely helpful, appreciative and attentive. Would definitely rebook again. Food was good, not great but the facility and especially the staff made up for that. It’s quite the feat to conquer, Service, deliver a quality Product and get an amazing price all in one. Exceptional service was from the following: Butlers: Duran & Gerardo Spa staff: Elit and Miriam Serving staff: Sixto and Elias THANKYOU for a wonderful memorable time!

What a wonderful week at Secrets Playa Blanca
Very clean resort. The concierge Raul Suazo was awesome and so helpful. The entertainment team were wonderful. The food was very good. Will definitely return. The beach went on forever. All the services were great. The resort was a short drive from the airport.

Great resort and fantastic Wedding
We had a great experience and a fantastic wedding celebration for our daughter at Secrets Playa Blanca. The resort is exceptional with impressive facilities and decoration, very good restaurants and bars, beautiful beach and excellent service. We loved the support of the wedding team (Selene and Fernanda), our concierge (Luis Garcia), beach bar (Demetrio), jungle pool cabanas waitresses specially Daniel and Carlos. The entire team of the resort is A+

The Bed was Amazing. Our two butlers Belen and Ana in the preferred section were always available. Responded fast to my what’s app text each time. On our Last night, they put rose petals in our room and drew a nice bath in the jacuzzi tub for us. We loved our swim out pool.

Amazing Service
The resort was new so very nice. All the extras you could think of and more. We stayed in Building 7 and Manuel our concierge went above and beyond. He left my friend and I a beautiful Mother's Day surprise of flower petals on our bed. Had Happy Mother's Day and lovely music on our TV screen when we returned at the end of the day. Housekeeping staff did an absolutely excellent job. Our room was kept immaculate and the turn down service was awesome. Alina was my service provider at the spa. She was intuitive to my needs, very professional and the body scrub, mask and massage were excellent. All service staff were efficient, professional and very attentive. I felt truly pampered and would highly recommend this resort.
