Our 5th Secrets vacation and this one has the best food and service hands down. The restaurants are beautiful the food is truly amazing. We were there 7 nights and every meal from breakfast,lunch and dinner were fantastic.

Beautiful amazing and Bombastic!!!
Amazing service and food. Great atmosphere. On the beach and they clean the beach every morning from all the sargassam. Nice shows every night. Engaging activities everyday. Lovely hospitality. Highly recommend the preferred club membership as it comes with a special place for food (preferred lounge), access to the preferred pool, hot tub inside the room AND on the balcony, and butler service. Shoutout to our amazing butlers Rafael and Miriam as they made our stay 10x better. All the other staff are very friendly and great energy including Celeste, Sue, Yonkkany, Taylor, Señor Brown Sugar 😜, Angel 👼, Charlyn, the bartender at the Sugar Reef 👌👌👌 and the barista guy at the Coco Cafe 🙏🙏❤️❤️ they have truly made an impact on our honeymoon. Love you all can’t wait to see you all again soon!!

Nice new hotel, but compared to other Secrets hotels, I would not return here. Had good customer service but didn't really make you feel welcome. Every time you asked for something it was always no other secrets was always yes. This one feels like money grab, every turn trying to get more money out of you.

Secrets Playa Blanca
Secrets playa Blanca is a cut above the rest. We were left wanting nothing. Our butlers Eduardo and Miguel enhanced the stay from a 4 to a 5 star experience. Both Miguel and Eduardo were extremely attentive and offered additional services we did not expect. Both are very knowledgeable and caring in their duties. My boyfriend’s birthday was especially special because of their assistance. Overall the resort is stunning, quiet yet pleasantly alive with endless activities.

Get the preferred!!! You won’t regret it.
Truly an unforgettable experience. It was our first ever time in Cancun and at an all adults all inclusive. It truly was so worth the price and just everything that came with the preferred. One important thing to mention is our butlers. Demi & Martin. They truly made our experience so nice and really made it so comforting. They even got our room ready for a very enjoyable night for our anniversary without us even asking or mentioning wanting a romantic night. They went above and beyond with real rose petals!!! I knew I picked the right place when I walked into my room and saw that after a long day of activities. Thank you to the whole staff at Secrets Playa Blanca and especially our butlers. We can’t wait to go back!
