The resort is perfect for couples looking to chill and spend time having a combination of nice atmophere, kind people and gourmet cousine. Restaurants are excellent and the preferred club worth every single penny, from butlers Demi & Martin who were really kind from the start until the end of our journey always paying attention to every single detail, pool service staff also nice, room service, coktails done with premium liqueurs (thx to Preferred Club barman’s), also Preferred lounge where you can get always some finger food on the way. Swimming pools, beach also ok. Only one thing, If you are looking to party late in the night this is not the place, disco bar is open until 1 AM mainly with predefined chill events, so not a crazy disco. Perfect for couples looking to spend quiet moments.

Last week of Summer
Had a wonderful Anniversary trip with my love. Martini - our preferred pool concierge was exceptional and made our Anniversary EXTRA special. What a delight to be greeted by him each day! Duran & Chris - our butlers were super accommodating, Antonio - our pool attendant was very attentive. Gael - our golf cart driver was excellent. The beach wasn't the greatest but the 5 star accommodations and the beautiful, clean property made up for all of it.

Perfecto!
What a place. Wonderful people, great food, outstanding accommodations! Our stay was exactly what the doctor ordered. So many people to thank, I feel horrible I will forget someone, but: Martin and Demi were our butlers and amazing. They went above and beyond…but everyone did. JC and Kassandra at the pool were wonderful and very attentive. Angel at the beach was genuinely there to help and make the magic happen. Gustavo at Takanaki and Jose were on point and provided a great evening. Our massage therapists for the hot stone massage were and are out of this world…I am sorry ladies I am not remembering your names…I think the messages just melted our minds in a good way 😎 The staff overall was ridiculously great and made us feel warm and relaxed important. They provided our best trip in ages. I cannot thank you all enough, just as importantly I cannot recommend Secrets enough. Go there, you will enjoy and be doing it right…they have perfected it!

Paradise
What a wonderful, wonderful place! Our second time here and about to book 3rd one next year! The absolute star ⭐ of both visits is Antonio from Oceana (who was so nice and accommodating on our first visit we couldn’t wait to see him again this time) such a genuine friendly service, we felt like we were friends whole life. We even visited Oceana every evening for dessert just to see him! This visit started with the warm welcome from Paola Suaste who organised our engagement last year (we couldn’t wait to see her again too!) Martini, JC and Angel from pool concierge team- WOW! They will remember your names and your favourite spots by the pool, come often to check on you and have small chat. We felt so well looked after! Monse who was our waitress by the pool, absolutely adorable! She will remember your drinks and make sure you not thirsty! She will also recognise you from across the pool and waves to you 🥹 definitely the most smiling person in the hotel. Enrique from coco cafe- the master of cold drinks, trust me! Louis - keeping preferred pool area tidy Alan, Angel and Salvador from preferred bar lounge are the best bartenders! We had so many inside jokes with them and they remembered us since the first night! Definitely must have for food is Bordeaux and El Patio- 11/10 every meal we tried was unforgettable! Already excited for our next holiday here! (We left hotel 20 minutes ago haha)

Best vacation
This was our second time visiting Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, adults-only, all inclusive resort. Property features a modern, upscale, and aesthetically pleasing design with Mayan-inspired accents and open air spaces. Room cleanliness and comfort of the bed was top notch and relaxing, offering scenic ocean view with white sand beach and turquoise water. Our main purpose for a visit was for leisure and celebrating my mother's birthday and escaping our busy life in LA. Staff members were very friendly and pleasant to interact with such as Mariam from Denmark at the preferred club beach and other members of staff at Italian, French, Japanese restaurants including breakfast buffet. Butler services were outstanding provided by Mariam and Rafa at 3rd building, they went above and beyond to make sure we were experiencing all the best including entertainment and unforgettable stay. Due to this wonderful experience, we will be coming back again. Our sincere gratitude to Mariam and Rafa for making my mother's birthday unforgettable. Sincerely, Armine and Lida
