Would recommend 100%. We left feeling like family and definitely will be back! The staff and service were the best of the best and we have been to lots of resorts. No where else compares to this! It's small enough to not feel overwhelming, but is a very lively and fun place. While also having excellent quiet and peaceful areas. Definitely the best of both worlds! Also the food was the best we have ever had at any resort and very large portions!

Didn’t have high expectations (also didn’t have low-expectations) as we’ve heard all-inclusive can lack quality in the food and drink department. Unfortunately our experience comes with some negative feedback. Myself and a friend both got food poisoning on day one (we ate the same thing for lunch). I woke up vomiting in the middle of the night and she left dinner early from bad nausea. And no, it wasn’t the drinks because I barely had any and they are watered down as it is 🤣. Beautiful resort grounds, but lots of areas were closed (the beach) due to hurricane way off coast. Appreciate them looking out for the safety of guests. Just stating our experience. On-property restaurants were closed or unavailable while we were there (Seaside Grill). *Side Note: They offer to sell you an upgraded room at check-in and if you don’t take it, certain restaurants and resort areas are not available to you. We wanted to eat at Oceana but it was only available to people who upgraded. Didn’t realize “all-inclusive’s” did that. Staff were absolutely wonderful! Rooms were spacious and clean.

Location is great, Atmosphere it’s on the low side needs more entertainment there is not much to do to keep the crowd going. For being a couples retreat resort, they need to invest in good mattresses they are hard as a rock, 80% of the food was great, the staff is amazing very friendly and kind, Daniel was our waiter most of the time and treated us very well.

Over priced for what you get..
This was the worse Secrets resort we ever been too. Very limited restaurants with so called air conditioning. In the preferred club no top shelf liquor. Power outage and had to move to another room no, air conditioning in our building. 1st resort where you can’t have a steak?? On the other hand the grounds are great, also the staff were great.. The preferred rooms are very dated and dark lighting, can’t read in room. The time share folks are very rude and get very upset when you say no thanks. That’s not how you get new customers. For 2 days beer at the main swim up pool was warm??

Fourth time returning.
This was our fourth visit to this resort, and somehow it continues to get better each time. Any suggestions we could make for improvement would be incredibly minor. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is consistently delicious and served hot. We also really appreciate that the Unlimited Club representatives are respectful and never overly pushy—they understand and respect the word “no.” This time, we stayed in an oceanfront room, and it was absolutely wonderful. Hearing the waves crashing along the shore each morning and throughout the night made the experience even more relaxing and memorable. One thing to be aware of is that if your main priority is swimming in the ocean, this may not be the right resort for you. The beach is often closed for swimming because the waves frequently create black-flag conditions. However, the pool area more than makes up for it. Juan and Solomon at the pool were especially fantastic and helped make our time there even more enjoyable. We were also able to use the gym every day, and it was always cool, clean, and well maintained. All of the equipment appears to be newer and is in excellent condition. One of the things we appreciate most about this resort is how easy and accessible everything is. The grounds are also kept absolutely immaculate. The resort app is another huge plus. It is fast, efficient, and very easy to use. We ordered room service through the app several times, and our orders were always correct. We also used the app to request maintenance for two very minor issues in our room, and both were resolved within about 20 minutes. We truly cannot say enough good things about this resort. After four visits, it continues to impress us, and we are already looking forward to returning—hopefully within the next six months. One final piece of advice: pack plenty of sunscreen! We thought we had brought more than enough with three cans, but by day six, we were completely out. A single can of sunscreen in the gift shop was $38 USD, so bringing extra from home is definitely worth it!
