  Secrets Puerto Los Cabos is my New Favorite Resort! 10/10!!

  Secrets was truly amazing! A group of 12 of us went to celebrate birthdays (40th) and they made me feel so special for my birthday the entire week! The entertainment crew were so fun and friendly (especially Delmar and Miguel!). The food was good, the drinks were always available and the night activities were fun! The rooms were clean, always stocked. The atmosphere was great. Not loud and others were respectful of noise. The landscaping is BEAUTIFUL. You can’t swim in the ocean since it’s very rough waves, but it’s beautiful view and you can walk the beach. I’ve been to many resorts before and this resort and location has been the best I’ve experienced so far. I’ll definitely be back!

  UVC team too pushy

  The resort was beautiful, and the staff was amazing. The relentlessness of the UVC people trying to push you into buying into the vacation club was off putting & even though they said you could say no, when you did, they kept pushing with other offers, which increased the time they kept you in the room...I came to lay by the pool, not sit in a room indoors. The breakfast and lunch food was good, but dinner at the restaurants were just ok. Drinks were hit or miss with whether they were good or not. I like mojitos, but they were made differently every time i got one?? Overall, we had a nice vacation, but for the cost, it should have been a bit better.

  Nice Resort but could use some work

  The wife and I went for a week in December. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We had an Ocean view room with privilege amenities. Room was in great shape and was a good size. The one downfall on the room, the extra snacks that came with privilege, was not restocked daily. Clean up and turn down was never close to the same time. Pools were great and warm. Entertainment was ok around the pool but service was top notch. Biggest downfall was the dinner food was just ok in our opinion and slow service. Oceana for dinner was the best. We would come back again in the future.

  Fabulous stay - exceeded our expectations. Helpful tips!

  We just returned from a fabulous three-day stay at Cabo Secrets Resort. It exceeded our expectations in every way—the friendly staff and service, beautifully manicured grounds, excellent restaurant quality and variety, and overall cleanliness of the resort. Helpful Tips & Insights 1. Bring smaller bills for tips Service is outstanding, and while tipping isn’t required, you’ll likely want to tip often. Larger bills are difficult to change. 2. Use the resort app Order room service, request housekeeping, or quickly address any needs through the app. 3. Order room service for breakfast The quality is the same as the restaurants, and it’s a convenient option. 4. Know the room buttons Inside your room door, the red button means Do Not Disturb, and the green button signals housekeeping. Helpful to know in advance! 5. Bring sunscreen Gift shop prices are very high. 6. Beach access tip The beach is reached through a tunnel under the par-3 golf course. The beach bar and chairs offer a 180° panoramic view—one of our favorite quiet spots without loud music. 7. Drinks Ask for “doubles.” Favorites included Mojitos, Dirty Monkeys, Mimosas, and Bloody Marys. We didn’t care for the overly sweet drinks like piña coladas. 8. Service Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Many even remembered our names days later when passing through the lobby. 9. Grounds and rooms Immaculate attention to detail. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. 10. Restaurants Overall quality was impressive. The Asian restaurant and hibachi show were highlights. Reservations for the show are hard to get, but you can still dine at the restaurant without the show by walking in. 11. Bathrooms Conveniently located throughout the resort, which is especially helpful with drinks flowing. 12. Premium Club upgrade We tried it—nice, but only marginally valuable. Benefits were mainly enforced at the oceanfront restaurant during breakfast and dinner. 13. Chair/towel issue Many guests left towels on chairs, making it hard to tell which were actually occupied. Unless personal items were left, it was unclear if the chair was in use. 14. Vacation Club presentation A 90-minute session earns $300 resort credit (usable at the gift shop, golf, or spa). We opted for the express 30-minute overview. The numbers didn’t add up for us—felt deceptive, with nothing in writing. Final Thoughts Cabo Secrets Resort offers a luxurious, friendly, and relaxing experience with only minor inconveniences. The staff, food, and atmosphere make it a destination worth visiting again.

  30 Year Wedding Anniversary!

  From Check-In to Check-Out, just outstanding! Accommodations were great, Carlos, Maria & Narsico and all other staff members exceeded our expectation. Look forward returning again to this property, met all our needs and Customer Service & Food Options was Top Notch!!!
