Great experience, however the staff gave a discount for my friends and I to do a camel safari if we attend a time share meeting. We attended the meeting, didn't purchase the time share, paid for and scheduled the safari. Next day, the staff stated they made a mistake and they booked the safari on a wrong day. Overall, they were upset that we didn't purchase a timeshare and messed up our reservations purposely.

They care!!
I went to celebrate my bday and of course u have expectations that they were not met, upon arrival the lady at the preferred check in was not friendly. My room was not ready and not only that even though in the notes said it was my Bday was not even a note regarding to that in my room. Also the first day I was not given the right room that means that the next day I had to pack and move to a preferred room and that because I noticed I was not in the preferred rooms. Not everything was bad, our UCV rep Maria was very nice and helpful, we had issues at the Italian restaurant and even though what we requested was not given everyone was apologetic about it and made me feel that they were sincerely sorry for that. The food there was nothing special about it BUT the all the employees in the restaurants were really pleasant. The preferred pool area if u want a good seat U MUST wake up early to get it. Overall the grounds are beautiful and impeccable, the room clean and had everything u need I want to thank Maria from ucv u did an amazing job

All Secrets Resorts are beautiful but this one was probably my favorite so far. The grounds are impeccable, the staff are all around kind, fun, entertaining and helpful. I can't say enough good about this place and we will be back for sure! We love pickleball and the weather, instructors, courts were all great. The beach is not swimmable but you can still take nice long walks along it. We are okay with not swimming at the beach because there were plenty of pools to enjoy the view of the Sea.

You won’t be disappointed!
Amazing location, great food, solid Entertainment team and options! Rooms were terrific! Loved my 5 am cappuccino everyday from the Coco Cafe!

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos is my New Favorite Resort! 10/10!!
Secrets was truly amazing! A group of 12 of us went to celebrate birthdays (40th) and they made me feel so special for my birthday the entire week! The entertainment crew were so fun and friendly (especially Delmar and Miguel!). The food was good, the drinks were always available and the night activities were fun! The rooms were clean, always stocked. The atmosphere was great. Not loud and others were respectful of noise. The landscaping is BEAUTIFUL. You can’t swim in the ocean since it’s very rough waves, but it’s beautiful view and you can walk the beach. I’ve been to many resorts before and this resort and location has been the best I’ve experienced so far. I’ll definitely be back!
