Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

The Secrets side was great - quiet/adults only. Staff at Rosewater are outstanding!!! Having access to Breathless pool and restaurants is very convenient. Only downside was beach was limited - not really able to go for long walks or anything

All good but the beach
Great resort specially the pool. Pros; staff, food, drinks, pool, you have access to breathless but they dont have access to secret. Cons; i little isolating but ok for 1 week, you really cant swim in the ocean because of to many small rocks, beach lost around 30 feet in last 6 years, not a beach resort.

Nice getaway
The resort is beautiful. The rooms were nice and clean with lots of pillows. The swimout would have been nice if the water was heated. I’m from northern Ohio so when I saw people complaining the swim outs were cold I figured they were southerners (sorry lol). But even as a northerner I could not stand the frigid water. All the employees are amazing and really go above and beyond. The beach isn’t really swimmable but we knew that before we went. Overall a pleasant experience.

The hotel is nice with spacious and clean rooms, and the service staff is outstanding! The pool area servers were amazing and truly made our trip enjoyable. However, on Day 2, 4 out of 8 of our group got sick after eating at the Italian restaurant. Initially, we thought it was food poisoning, but we later learned that other guests who ate at different restaurants also fell ill. The pool area was not busy at all. The beach was disappointing—dirty and in need of a cleanup. It looked like sewage, with a pipe feeding from the river into that part of the ocean. Although some people were swimming there, we found it better to walk 3 km down the beach for a decent swim. We also learned that guests from the previous week were sick as well as some staff members. Despite these issues, the Rosewater staff was incredible. I requested chicken soup that wasn’t on the menu, and the chef kindly made it for me and another guest. I met him to express my gratitude for his accommodation. We informed concierge about our illness, but they got defensive. While we understand it's not their fault, we wanted to bring attention to this issue so that more care could be taken in food preparation. Overall, the resort itself was clean.

The hotel is nice, rooms are spacious and clean, the service staff is outstanding! The pool area servers were amazing and made the trip! However, we were there when there was an outbreak of either food poisoning or a virus. We learned about this on Day 2 from some guys on the Breathless side. We spent most of our time on the Secrets side, to learn many people were affected by this bug. Our 21 yo daughter was hit by the bug on Day 3, she became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea. The housekeeping staff was amazing, but the hotel manager and front desk staff were unconcerned and unhelpful. We had the doctor to the room twice, at a price tag of $650. No one from the hotel management called to check in, try to accommodate us or make us feel like they cared. When we checked out, we left copies of the doctor bills and were told we'd here from management that day, 3 days later and no word!
