Great time and great service
Hotel may not be fully updated, but the service here is top notch. I would definitely come back. Even the small amount of rain you get at this time, was not a problem.

Exceptional costumer service
Absolutely amazing stay thanks to an incredible staff! Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! While the resort itself is beautiful, what truly made our time extra special was the incredible staff. We want to give a huge shout-out to a few exceptional individuals who went above and beyond: • Luis (Entertainment): Brought so much amazing energy and kept things incredibly fun and engaging throughout our stay. • Vicente (Pool Bar): Provided phenomenal service at the pool, always keeping a smile on his face and making sure we were well taken care of. • Iran (French Restaurant): Delivered an exquisite dining experience with top-tier, attentive service that made our dinner unforgettable. • David (Mexican Restaurant): Was fantastic on the frontline, welcoming us warmly and ensuring we had a seamless and wonderful meal. The dedication and hospitality of these workers truly elevated our vacation. Thank you all for making our trip so memorable we cannot wait to return!

The service was amazing! The employees are the highlight of this resort for sure! Suggest that you bring swim shoes, the pool on the secrets side is very rough.

Just OK
The preferred area is not worth the money and was not as advertised. The breathless people were allowed in at their well which caused overcrowding.
