Oct 07, 2026Great visit to Secrets
We were a group of 10 went for a week we really enjoyed our stay. The rosewater is an excellent restaurant for either breakfast ,, lunch or dinner. Alexander was amazing! always came by to say hello. very friendly and always smiling. special mentions also go to Vincente at the pool bar as well as Luis the entertainer. They were absolutely fantastic and added a lot of fun to the trip. I also want to give a mention to Julio at the xhale lounge who was very attentive and assisted our needs from checkin to check out. the resort had very good food and good quality drinks, and even the pool staff that were serving the drinks were very attentive. I also want to mention Daniel at the pool who is in charge of the towels in the cabanas he was great to our group and the staff are just overall very attentive. That makes it a big plus. looking forward to visiting again

Memories were made!
This was my first time at a Secrets resort, it was a great experience! Luis killed the pool entertainment. He makes it hard to not wanna participate and has such a infectious energy to bring the vibe up. Roger and Edwin are the dream team for pool cocktails! They both were super attentive and personable.

A++++++++ resort
We had an absolutely amazing time at the pool with Luis on the entertainment team. He kept the energy high, the games fun, and everyone involved without ever being too pushy. We were there for my granddaughter’s 18th birthday and Luis always made us feel that we were best buddies! I just love him! A huge shoutout to the staff for being so friendly, full of energy, and making every day a blast. The poolside service was also fantastic (specially Edwin and his brother) our drinks were never empty. If you're looking for great vibes and a fun atmosphere, this team delivers!
