    Amazing holiday for our anniversary

    We loved our trip to Secrets, a highlight was the friendly staff at the drift bar Daniela, Bolon and Fany were the best. We were sad to leave paradise

    Romantic, full of laughs and no stress!

    Another great time at Secrets Royal beach! The atmosphere the preferred room and staff are fantastic! Adrian the waiter at the Bourdeaux restaurant is by far the most professional and engaging waiter! George Washington is the choreographer and you must get to know his hilarious personality! Entertainer supervisor J Froz will make sure your entire Secrets experience is great! Start your day with coffee barista Nery and you will be ready to party on!

    Highly recommend!

    This resort was great. The food was phenomenal! It was a great mix of relaxation and liveliness. I am mid forties and my daughter is mid twenties. We traveled together and both enjoyed the resort. Our butler Alfredo was exceptional!!!! The lobby/preferred bartender Samuel and preferred bartender Julio B were great! Other staff that really stood out to us was Mr. Fire, Mr. WOW, Aladdin and Junior of the entertainment team. FYI the Pizza, Chicken and Waffles from the Pizzeria at Dreams (Adjoining resort) are SOOOO delicious!

    This was our second vacation at Secrets Royal Beach. Service, restaurants, and entertainment are very good. Definitely recommended.

    amazing birthday trip

    From the moment we arrived, our experience at this all-inclusive resort was nothing short of amazing. The property itself is beautiful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Our butler, Irving, went above and beyond every single day — attentive, professional, and always one step ahead of our needs. Whether it was arranging special touches in our room or making sure our dinner reservations were perfect, he made our stay feel completely effortless. Nathaniel, the bartender, was another standout! His friendly energy, creativity with cocktails, and genuine warmth made every visit to the bar a highlight of our trip. He remembered our favorite drinks and always greeted us with a smile and great conversation. And Frany Luz, server, provided some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. She was kind, attentive, and wonderful attitude. Thanks to this amazing team, our vacation exceeded every expectation. We can’t wait to return and hope to see Irving, Nathaniel, and Frany Luz again — they truly represent the heart and hospitality of this resort! 💛🌺
