Oct 29, 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay Made Even More Special by Amazing People!
I absolutely LOVED my stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana! From the beautiful resort to the incredible hospitality, everything about our experience was wonderful. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make us feel special. I especially want to recognize Fatima, our food concierge, who was absolutely wonderful and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Her kindness and attentiveness meant so much to us! A huge thank you to Ramses, who made my birthday so incredibly special! He went out of his way to make sure I felt celebrated, and those thoughtful gestures made my birthday one I will always remember. And I have to give an extra special shoutout to Miguela at the café! I absolutely LOVED the café, and Miguela was such a big part of why! She is genuinely one of the sweetest, most thoughtful, and creative people we encountered during our stay. The care and creativity she puts into what she does are so impressive. She made our visits to the café feel personal and special, and I found myself looking forward to going back. It’s rare to encounter someone who puts so much heart into their work, and she truly deserves recognition for it! The resort itself was beautiful, but it was people like Fatima, Ramses, and Miguela who made the experience exceptional. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. Thank you, Secrets Royal Beach, for such beautiful memories! I would absolutely love to return, and I hope these three wonderful individuals receive the recognition they deserve. ❤️

Oct 28, 2026Do not buy preferred club
When we arrived, we were pressured into purchasing the Preferred Club upgrade. However, nothing about our stay felt preferred. Every morning, there was nowhere to sit, despite the extra $1,000 I paid for these additional benefits. On top of that, employees weren’t checking who was actually a Preferred Club member and who wasn’t, making the upgrade feel completely pointless. I honestly feel like I was taken advantage of and paid $1,000 for benefits we never truly received. This was especially disappointing because this was our honeymoon, a trip that was incredibly important to us, and we expected a much better experience for the amount of money we spent. Instead, we feel misled and let down by the resort. DO NOT BUY IT!

Oct 28, 2026Great Service, Average Resort
Don't get your HOPES UP for the beach! Also, NOT ENOUGH loungechairs in the Preferred Pool areas!👎🏽👎🏽! Also, if you are NOT a Unlimited Vacation Club member, YOU will get whatever rooms are available when you show up! Too MANY Panhandlers allowed onto the property!!

Cracking Holiday
Had a fantastic holiday at Secrets Royal Beach, the hotel, amenities and the beach were amazing. Atmosphere was great, quiet or busy you could choose, evening entertainment was outstanding every night best we have experienced. The rooms do the job amd were very well maintained by the housekeeping staff. Food was good although the buffet at night was a hit or miss on a couple of occasions as some dishes were on the luke warm side but still able to find something. The individual restaurants that we used were really good and had great staff thise being Oceana and Bluewater. Shout out to Daniel E who we saw regularly in the lobby and at the beach Barefoot Grill, lovely man and a great person to discuss our stay and get help from.
