  Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana

  We can truly say having gone on our first adult only holiday that this hotel and its staff were fantastic and gave us a truly memorable experience I think it’s important to start with the positive side of things and there is little to nothing that wasn’t great about this vacation however if there was any negativity it was mostly because it’s out of their control- the beach we couldn’t use because you get pestered constantly by locals trying to sell their stuff we tried walking the beach before 8am and still had locals running after us The next is a minor thing but the pool bar staff are only interested in Americans who tip them if your from the UK then it’s quicker to not use the pool bar. But that’s it’s would I go back tomorrow absolutely and if Secrets can sort out the 2 things I mentioned then the 4.9999999 star would be a 5 star for anyone considering this hotel in the future

  Excellente!

  Recently returned from a week-long stay at Secrets Royal Beach. What a fabulous place - truly a piece of paradise! Service was top notch, room was comfortable and clean, food at the restaurants was tasty. I recommend upgrading to preferred as it gives you butler services as well as access to additional pools, restaurants, and bars - plus a later check out if needed. A few notable staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was terrific -- Felix our butler, Lady our favorite server at the main pool, Benjamin and Junior at the Manatees bar, and especially Sammy and Julio at the Preferred lounge. Thank you all for making our week wonderful - we look forward to seeing you again next time!!

  A Piece of My Heart Stayed in Paradise at Secrets Royal Beach

  For this to be my first Resort, this will be my most Memorable and Unforgettable Experience ever. From the moment you arrive is where the the attentiveness begins. It was the promptness for everything and the care provided by the Welcoming Team for The Preferred guests, to our personal Butler Brian in Preferred, that made the stay, Spectacular, when I say he went above and beyond to provide thee most incredible experience ever, from the HBD rose petals from the walkway to the bed, that made me cry that he remembered the reason we were there to his communication with me about any and everything happening there daily, so we wouldn't miss out on anything. The perfectly clean room we came back to every afternoon after housekeeping stopped by. I was impressed from beginning to end of this incredible experience. The Staff there, from the Entrance, to the ones serving you at lunch and dinner and it was truly a joy to see them randomly throughout different sections of the resort, their smiles made it a happy moment to be there again, with them no matter what time of day it was, (Julio A, Yoenni was amazing, Diosvi, Yefri, Zenon, Elkin, Medina, Yonca, Humberto, Juan Francisco both of them, Kelvin, Minove, Daniel, especially Chef Daniel with Elizaul and our incredible authentic Dominican dinner they surprised us with, to the Security Staff, Willis and the other wonderful gentleman on the Beach that watched for our safety every single Night ( i didn't get his name),which made me feel even safer. The Entertainment ran by Maleko and Choco, where they made sure we didn't miss any evening event they had planned for the guests. Sammy and that smile of his, in the preferred lounge that took care of my every need when it came to my premium drinks or when i just wanted to cool off from being in the Infinity pool all morning, Domingo the lifeguard that was making sure noone drowned while enjoying themselves in the pool and also explaining alil more of the beautiful wild life at the resort like the giant lizards that love to come out at night by the pool to also enjoy the shows or activities provided. Our Coco Caffee, where Pamela made sure I had my daily pastry and iced coffee, the Drifter bar where Ariel, Sebastian, Obispo, Vincente, Felix and Natanael made sure we stayed hydrated. And I know I left a lot of wonderful staff members out but they work as a Team and each and every one of them should take credit for the phenomenal service provided! It wasn't just the Beautiful resort that made this stay an incredible one, it was the ENTIRE STAFF honestly. I didn't feel and the staff didn't let me feel like just another guest there, it truly felt like being with family, and I honestly left a piece of my heart at the resort on that Beautiful Island. Thank You Secrets Royal Beach Staff for making our first trip out to the Caribbean, at our first resort the most Unforgettable and Magical trip to Paradise ever! WE LOVE YOU!!!

  Swim-out

  The swim-out room was perfect. My wife and I spent much of our time in the pool, and we enjoyed every minute. We highly recommend the swim-out, if available.
