My stay at secrets was absolutely amazing and one to add to the books. The staff are and were absolutely amazing and friendly! The secrets royal entertainment services Flower, Junior and Mr. Fire were the ultimate hype people I’d like to hangout with all the time. The pool barmqn service person who took care of our whole group. “Lady” was absolutely a saint and tended to our needs and made sure we were always hydrated by the pool! Thank you thank you soo much for being amazing! & to Graciela from servicio de bar thank you for taking care of us in the evening. You were absolutely amazing! Thank you!

We had the most incredible stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana and honestly couldn’t fault it. The food was absolutely amazing for an all-inclusive — genuinely restaurant-worthy. The choice during both the day and evening was incredible, and everything was so well prepared. The staff went above and beyond every single time, whether it was getting wine from different restaurants, bringing extra sauces, adding more spice, or tailoring dishes to our taste. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we felt so welcomed from start to finish. The entertainment was brilliant. The team put so much effort into making every evening special and enjoyable — it really added to the atmosphere and made each night something to look forward to. The coffee shop was fantastic, with a great range of bakery items — special mention to the banana and chocolate bread, which was unreal. Arranging excursions was super easy through the hotel, and we genuinely enjoyed every single one. The pools were clean, and although it could get busy, there were plenty of sun loungers around. The beach was beautiful, with great availability of loungers and a really relaxed vibe. The rooms were comfy and traditional Caribbean style — not ultra-modern, but exactly what we expected, and they were kept very clean with regular housekeeping. For special occasions, the team went above and beyond with cakes and decorations, which was such a lovely personal touch. Honestly, we had such an amazing time and would 100% come back again. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. Special shout-outs to Jorgi from Entertainment, Victor from Ocean Grill, Jamie Fox from Ocean Grill Restaurant, Reyes front of house, Geirdy from the Mexican restaurant, Alba from bar staff — and so many others. Decent resort - amazing service - STAY AWAY FROM THE PREFERRED.
DO NOT PURCHASE PREFERRED - Unless you feel like getting taken. Great resort otherwise, the normal pools are more than sufficient and for the added massive cost of preferred, save your money. The premium liquors are nothing special and you can purchase a large bottle at duty free for a significant fraction of the price. The food was decent and from my experience was tolerable for the week. Service was one thing that we really enjoyed and were quite pleased with it in comparison to other resorts we have been at. Beaches were great as well as the entertainment was pretty good!
