If you are looking for a full Christmas experience with some hype prior to, you will be disappointed, Christmas Eve was full of activity which helped, the pool and bar staff were awesome and engaging if you want to be but respectful if you chose not to be, found most of the music after the nightly shows, which were great, catered to the 30 and under guests

Worth a visit beautiful resort!!
We’ve recently returned from this beautiful resort, to be honest there really isn’t much to fault! We had a fantastic time here for two weeks, we upgraded to the preferred club which personally I’d recommend! We had our own butler who was called Almonte he was a pleasure to deal with & asked each day if there was anything we needed or would like couldn’t have been more helpful! Check in & check out was very quick whilst on arrival being greeted with a hot towel for hands & glass champagne (perfect) All restaurants & food were excellent, entertainment was ok not the best we’ve seen in past in other resorts but generally ok! Beach was lovely spent most days here to be honest & sea water was lovely!

Horrible experience. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was a scam. There's no such thing as " proffered club". We had the room with a private pool. Dirty as hell and our safe didn't work. I had 3lbs of clothes stolen directly from the room. We caught housekeeping in there multiple times a day with nothing done to rooms. Concierge does not do a thing. Now I'm trying to file a complaint after numerous clothing items were stolen from me and the Hyatt has blocked my number from their customer service. And ironically they cant find out reservation and trip info even though we left yesterday. Our room was filthy. After day 1 no trash bags toilet paper of towels were refilled. No restock of fridge either...did I mention we were proffered club. Diego our concierge was a con artist just like the drug dealers they allow on their property

The Dominican Republic imposes various restrictions each year for Easter. They usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday and run a few days past Easter Sunday. The following regulations may be enforced:
