    Big thumbs up to Secrets!

    We thoroughly enjoyed Secrets St. Lucia other than the humidity (ha ha) and our first night in an adjoining room with two loud and chatty women next door. After the resort moved us, our room was super quiet. We were with a wedding group of 50 which made it more fun to always see a familiar face. The resort staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Same goes for the wedding staff. When some of our group were involved in a car accident while on a tour, the Secrets management staff went above and beyond to help them ... even going to the hospital. For an all-inclusive, the food was actually very good (for the most part.) We took a helicopter from Hewanorra Airport on the way in and took a boat back to the airport at the end. This was to avoid the 2 hour windy road van ride. Both were good experiences. I highly recommend Joy Tours who are located on property near the beach. Their tours are SO FUN and Joy and family are great to work with.

    LOVED Secrets St. Lucia!

    We had 50 of us go for my wedding-secrets staff, Lynn, Furnnel & Diedre took great care of us and our guests! It was just beautiful & Lynn & crew added so many wonderful details, from our names carved in watermelon to three piece steel drum band for the cocktail hour before the reception to the oyster shell to hold the rings to the flower petals & bells. It made for a magical evening!! Thank you to Lynn & Furnnel! Separately, our friends were involved in a catastrophic car accident coming back from an excursion off resort property. 3 people had to go home early for orthopedic surgeries & one had to be airlifted back to the states with a fractured pelvis. Nella & Saraline were incredible- Saraline was chatting with me when I got the news. She jumped into action, and got a hold of the front director who rushed to the scene & arranged for all resort guests to be moved to the private hospital. She stayed in touch with us and my friends in hospital & showed such great care & concern. Saraline continued to find me & check in every day for updates. We are so so grateful for their care and concern. 💗 The wedding photographer, the hair & make up people, the housekeeping staff, spa staff - everyone was absolutely wonderful!! We felt pampered & cared for all week! I highly recommend.

    Beautiful!

    Beautiful resort and location! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was good, bars were excellent. We were preferred club and the extra amenities were fantastic. I’d definitely go back!

    Mediocre Resort

    Mediocre property, mediocre treatment and hospitality. I will not be back. I am still astonished at how terrible room service food was, how not helpful much of the staff were and how small the beach is.

    Absolutely Stunning Resort

    Absolutely Delightful Resort and Staff. Definetly planning on a return visit. The rooms, restaurants, pools and beach were spectacular. The staff could not have done a better job, very helpful and pleasant.
