Staff are rude if you are English. Preferred club was not advertised clearly so when we arrived although we had paid for all inclusive plus (which was pointless because they just use the same spirits etc) you can’t sunbathe near the better pools and they check every day and make you move

Wonderful stay at Secrets Sunny Beach Resort & Spa
We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Sunny Beach Resort & Spa. The World of Hyatt recognition was top-notch, especially the Preferred Club services. The resort atmosphere, quality of dining, and helpful staff made our trip truly memorable.

Amazing & relaxing
Amazing hotel, very relaxing atmosphere. So clean & welcoming. Very nice food & drinks, lots of variety. Sea is definitely warmer than the pools, but no bar in the sea ….. so pool bar was always a go to favourite!! Very attentive staff in restaurants, always asking what drink you’d like and clearing your plates straight away. I requested a change of pillows & they were at my room within 10 minutes which was very good! Never any queues at any bar or at any restaurant. I will definitely return here!

Fantastic Week - Definitely Recommend
Fantastic Week – Would Definitely Recommend! We’ve just arrived home after a fantastic week at Secrets Sunny Beach Resort & Spa, and we had a brilliant experience from start to finish. We travelled as a family of four – myself and my wife, along with our daughter and her boyfriend – and the hotel was a great choice for all of us. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, modern and very well looked after. I’d say 99.9% of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they work incredibly hard to make sure guests enjoy their stay. We paid the small additional cost for the Preferred Club experience, and for us it was definitely worth it. The extra touches and additional benefits really added to the holiday and made the whole experience feel that little bit better. The pool area is huge, with plenty of sunbeds. Even during a busy August week, we never had any problems finding somewhere. The pool was perhaps a tiny bit on the cold side, but once the sun got hot it was actually very refreshing! The pool bar is also a great spot, overlooking the beach and sea. One of the biggest positives was the food and service. There was a very good selection throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and enough choice to cater for different tastes. The staff always tried to do and offer as much as they could. Location-wise, we thought it was excellent, as just outside main areas but within easy reach. There are some good bars and entertainment within a short walk, while Flower Street and Nessebar are both easily accessible by a short taxi or bus ride. Overall, we had a fantastic week’s holiday and came home with very positive memories. Great hotel, huge pool, excellent location, plenty of food choices and, most importantly, friendly and hardworking staff. Thanks to all the team for a fantastic week – we would definitely recommend! 🇧🇬☀️🌊
