Oct 29, 2026Secrets The Vine Cancun
Aisha, Fernando, Benjamin, Et el, Sebastian, have taken amazing care of us during our stay! The resort is fabulous, zero complaints on accommodations, all of the restaurants serve delicious, freshly prepared food. Before you place an order, they ask about food allergies at every meal which was beneficial. A wonderful resort for as much relaxation or games/adventure you desire. The spa services were very professional and relaxing. They do a great job with nightly entertainment and the entire staff is very friendly!! There was no need for us to leave the resort during our stay. We will return for sure.

Secrets The Vine is the place to stay....................
Very will kept property, staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a restful getaway, this is the place to stay. Food and drinks were top notch.

Oct 25, 2026Avoid this resort unless you want to book your convention here.
Preferred club is a total waste of money. Not a lot to do for romance unless you want to pay an upcharge for everything. You’ll have to expect to share the tiny resort with a massive convention that closes off parts just for them. Takes away the romance for celebrating anniversary or honeymoons. If you are ok to go here and pay for upgrades and struggle to find a spot for you and your partner for romance. Good luck. Loud convention people will ruin it.

Oct 23, 2026Beautiful Hotel
We were very impressed with the food and restaurants. The room service lacked options and drinks. The hotel entertainment staff was great. I wish they would invest more in that department. We did enjoy the beach as the waves were a little to high for the wife. The room was beautiful, and hotel overall was beautiful. The sales pitches were a little to much at times for the spa and vacation club, but overall we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back. I suggest spending the extra and getting the honeymoon suite.
