    Beautiful fun resort

    The resort was very clean and beautiful, the food was surprsingly very good. Sometimes with all inclusives it's hit or miss. We went for a girls trip and had the best time. The night entertainment and ambiance were great. The beaches were beautiful and the pools we're realxing but also had a fun vibe as well. Staff was excellent and very helpful, made you feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

    Excellent vacation

    We love this place . first visit was in August of this year . it was so good we had to go back. Staff is excellent !!! and friendly . Food is very good.!! Bartenders make sure your drinks are prefect. Highly recommend this resort

    Excellent resort and accommodating of food allergies

    Really enjoyed our experiences here. Excellent facilities with great beach, pool, fitness, and entertainment. Food was very solid with enjoyable options and labelled allergens at both the menu and buffet. A la carte servers will use a separate ordering paper to communicate food allergies to the kitchen, and I felt safe as a Celiac. The buffet items were labelled, but occasionally foods were labelled as something else so would recommend being mindful there. Overall would highly recommend, a smaller hotel size and great amenities which made for an enjoyable stay at great value!

    Nice Resort. Great staff.

    Stayed here for 10 days. At first we were a little thrown off by the layout of the resort. It was the first resort we stayed at that was more than 4-5 stories high. After a day or two we were used to it and kinda liked how close things were in the resort. The room was nice. The balcony was good with a great view, the only drawback was that you can see your neighbours on either side. Not very private. The cleaning staff did a great job. The staff were great. The food was good, but the restaurants can get full really quick. Good to book a reservation ahead if you can. The bars were good, with the Half Time sports bar being a great place to watch sports, eat wings and drink beer. Pools were good. We could always find a chair around one of them. The beach was nice but a little crowded. The ocean was beautiful. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

    Exemplary Staff Contributions Enhancing Resort Value

    Last Thursday we returned from Secrets the Vine Cancun (our 1st time). We visited for a partial family reunion (8 of us) and we absolutely loved this resort! The staff and diverse food options truly make this resort special. The following are our favorites (they went above and beyond) and because of their exceptional service we plan on returning to Secrets the Vine Cancun. May God bless them all abundantly! 1. Ms. Rosanna (CO head concierge): a true ambassador of hospitality, anticipated & personalized our needs; friendly, hospitable, accommodating; solution-oriented, deeply committed to enhance member satisfaction, great at resolving complex requests with ease and creativity; personalized our stay to strengthen guest loyalty. She demonstrated empathy, strong communication skills and made us feel so welcome and relatable; her leadership not only elevated our experience but clearly inspired the other managers. Our shared Latin roots & culture created an instant connection. Ms. Rosanna made our stay truly enjoyable. 2. Mr. Alejandro Ferregut (reception manager): exceptional communication, demonstrated operational efficiency in managing reservations, problem-solving skills. 3. Mr. Jose May (Market Café manager): welcoming, warm, attentive, ensured guest satisfaction, adaptability to guest needs, reinforced resort’s commitment to quality service. Mr. Jose was so thoughtful & accommodating: he offered us the large table near the buffet, which made it easy for our parents who use walkers. 4. Mr. Alejandro (beach & pool manager): worked great in high-pressure environments, effectively managing difficult individuals around the pool, led by example (stepping in during rush hours/staffing shortages to clear up tables, pick up towels, etc.), made sure the pool area was clean and welcoming. 5. Diego (entertainment team): respectful, kind, smart, with a warm demeanor and great interpersonal & teaching skills (Connect 4, ping-pong, volleyball). He demonstrated enthusiasm & strong leadership qualities, ensuring everyone (regardless of skill or personality) had a fantastic experience by creating a positive & welcoming environment. 6. Enrique (Market Café waiter): always smiling, polite, attentive. He anticipated our needs, remembered all our preferences, paid great attention to detail, and had excellent multitasking ability. Other notable staff members: Nayi (Mexican crafts/painting: proficient artist, inspiring, great teaching skills, explained techniques clearly, nurtured creativity), Enid (The Vine Café barista: efficient under pressure, customer service oriented), Daniela & Ariana (Market Café), Christopher (towel collector - afternoon shift: respectful, friendly, always willing to assist and ensured customer’s satisfaction), Gabriel (Sea Salt Grill waiter), Norberto (jacuzzi server). ALL the above-named staff members’ dedication doesn’t just support Secret the Vine’s success—it is the foundation of it. I highly recommend recognizing their outstanding contributions.
