  An Absolute Knockout Anniversary Stay! 🥂

  My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Secrets Tides Punta Cana, and I can honestly say it was one of the most refreshing, rejuvenating stays we have ever experienced. From the exact moment we stepped onto the property, an immediate sense of relaxation washed over us—we knew right then and there that every detail was going to be handled with absolute five-star perfection. The welcome set the tone for the entire trip: as we checked in, we were handed two glasses of chilled champagne to toast our anniversary. It was a thoughtful, warm touch that made us feel instantly pampered. We opted to stay in the Preferred Club, and it was worth every single penny. To put it simply: there is literally nothing they could have done better. Every single aspect of our stay—from the service and accommodations to the amenities and overall ambiance—was a knockout performance of flawless execution and top-tier quality control. The staff anticipates your every need with genuine warmth, making you feel like royalty without ever feeling stuffy or overly formal. If I could snap my fingers and stay another 8 days, I’d do it in a heartbeat. If you are debating whether to book this resort—especially the Preferred Club level—stop thinking and do it. It’s an absolute masterpiece of a resort!

  Amazing!

  Beautiful resort. Loved every minute of it. Friendly and helpful staff and amazing food. The drinks were good too. Loved how laid back and chill the resort was. Will go back for sure.

  Secrets Tides September 2026

  We had the most incredible stay at this resort and truly cannot say enough about the amazing staff who made our trip so special! A huge thank you to Anderson from Concierge, who went above and beyond to help us plan and set up our engagement. His attention to detail and willingness to help made such an important moment absolutely unforgettable. We are so grateful! The bartenders Richard, Abismael, and Alberto were also fantastic. They were always so friendly, attentive, and fun, and they made every drink and interaction that much more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Marianna, our wonderful waitress at Meraki and Tierra. She provided incredible service and always made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Alexis at the main pool was another standout! He was always so attentive and made sure we never had an empty glass. His friendly personality made relaxing by the pool even better. And of course, we have to mention the entertainment team — Justine, Gregory, and Magna! They brought such great energy and made the resort atmosphere so much fun. They were incredibly personable and helped make our days even more memorable. Every one of these staff members contributed to making our engagement trip truly special. The service, hospitality, and genuine kindness we experienced throughout our stay were exceptional. We came to celebrate an incredibly important milestone, and the staff helped make it a trip we will never forget. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort!

  We truly enjoyed Emmanuel as our butler! He made us feel very welcome, checked in on our room and made our reservations and even decorated our room for our honeymoon!! Truly so grateful for him and our experience

  Anniversay

  This place is amazing. From your first glance, the property is so impressive and then it's backed up with excellent customer service, exciting activities, and amazing food and drinks. The seaweed distracted from the beautiful facility. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds are so comfortable. The staff were amazing and made our 25th Anniversary truly special.
