What a beautiful holiday, the food was delicious, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Buffet was fresh, omelettes made to order. A bit of a wait for a table at à la carte restaurants but not too bad. Entertainment was as expected, cheesy but fun and the silent disco was the best!

Amazing Vacation with a Few Areas for Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Secrets Tides Punta Cana was exactly the getaway I needed! The resort was beautiful, the food was top-tier, and most of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special shoutout to Beatriz at the main bar, who made me feel like I gained a little sister, LOL! And to our butler Hedral, who took great care of us!

10/10 exceptional experience
I just returned from a week-long stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. My wife and I went along with another couple that are friends of ours. The resort was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were nice, clean, good-sized, and very quiet. We ate at all the restaurants except Portofino, the Italian restaurant, during our stay. Our dinner at Tierra was probably our favorite meal, but I would say all our meals were good. In my opinion, the upgrade to preferred club is totally worth it at this resort. With your own large pool with swim up bar and two separate preferred club lounges, it was well worth the small price to upgrade to their entry level preferred club tropical view room. What really makes this resort stand out compared to some other all-inclusive resorts I’ve been to is the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff was exceptional! They were always energetic, friendly, and worked hard to get guests to participate in the many activities they do throughout the day. They kept guests engaged and feeling welcome. The entire entertainment staff is what really made this trip memorable. I’m sorry I can’t remember all of their names but would like to give a shout out to some that stood out in making our trip so enjoyable. Luis by the preferred club pool (I think he is also a butler) went out of his way every day to make sure we had a spot by the pool and continued to ask if there was anything else he could get for us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Andreina, our butler, was also very attentive and responsive to any needs we had. She went above and beyond to decorate our room for my birthday and arranged a cake for us at dinner that night. Felix at the front preferred club lounge bar made some of the best drinks we had and was very friendly every time we went back to see him. Mayra, Justine, Erika, Stephanie, Magna, Shakira, Sander, and many others of the entertainment staff were all so kind and entertaining. You guys amaze with your energy and positive attitudes. You all are the reason we’ll remember this trip for a very long time. I honestly felt like we left there with some new friends we didn’t have prior to our arrival. Last but not least, Gregory (part of the entertainment staff) is such a unique, entertaining, kind, and genuine person. You made us all laugh and feel welcome, maybe even like we were special guests. You clearly love your job or are at least very good at portraying that if nothing else. I wish I had half of your energy and your dance moves! 😊 Thank you all for a great vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana and will likely go back in the future. I give the resort a 10/10. If you don’t mind a little longer shuttle ride to get to this location, I would absolutely recommend Secrets Tides for anyone considering an adults only all-inclusive.

100/10 absolute recommend
Highly recommend. Very clean. Very modern. Pools are amazing. I do think for this specific property, preferred isn’t necessary unless you are a big drinker and really there for the top shell liquor. I will say the Oceana restaurant for breakfast/lunch is a nice highlight of the preferred level as well as location of the rooms, amenity wise, luckily, you wouldn’t miss much.
