I visited Secrets Tides for my second Christmas and sixth visit (of the year) in 2025. I absolutely love the resort and all that it has to offer. The amenities are modern and luxurious, and the property is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The food is good but needs some improvement in some areas. Though, I have been pleased I must say. I could truly go on and on about how beautiful this resort is, but those things are a small reason why I visited six times in one year. I go back continually because of the people! Secrets Tides has THE BEST staff that I have ever encountered on any of my international trips. From management to general staff, the way that they interact and genuinely care for guests is unmatched. The GM took time to come visit with me at checking and I was totally impressed. I watched him walk the property and interact with guests each day and night for more than a week. If you visit all-inclusive resorts regularly, you know that this NEVER happens. Each visit Lucia and Alvaro takes exceptional care of us, and Eli has been our go to guy for everything; he has never missed a beat! Eli's colleague Luis is equally as engaging and amazing at what he does. The entertainment team is simply phenomenal! I look forward to seeing Cho Cho, Cappuccino, Sander, Justin, Franklin and Teddy on each visit. The entire team is engaging, energetic and keeps the party going! The bartenders Yunabe, Alberto and Aramis are amazing, and Yomari gives the best massage I have ever had at the spa. I could go on and on, but I will say try it and see.... you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful resort
Beautiful and excellent resort with multiple restaurants serving delicious food. Large pool area and beautiful beach. Service from the waiters is excellent.

Francisco at Desires Bar – Secrets Tides Punta Cana
Francisco at Desires Bar is absolutely INCREDIBLE and truly made our experience at Secrets Tides Punta Cana unforgettable. From the moment we sat at the bar, Francisco’s energy, professionalism, and warm personality stood out. He remembered our drink preferences, made every cocktail perfectly (and generously 😌🍹), and always made us feel welcomed and taken care of. No matter how busy Desires Bar was, he never rushed and always had a smile on his face. What makes Francisco so special is how genuine he is. He connects with guests, brings amazing vibes, and turns a simple drink into a whole experience. We found ourselves coming back to Desires Bar just because we knew Francisco would be there — it honestly wasn’t the same when he wasn’t working. Francisco is a true asset to Secrets Tides. He goes above and beyond, and his service alone elevates the entire resort experience. If management sees this: please recognize Francisco because he is exceptional at what he does. Thank you, Francisco, for the amazing drinks, the laughs, and the unforgettable nights. We can’t wait to come back and see you again! 💙🍾✨

Beautiful location shower service is not good. Staff seems to have started last week or today even. Food is sub par at best. Spent 12 days there and same experience every day at restaurants. Also beware of beach vendors, they are pushy and there non stop

Amazing energy and kindness
Our experience at Secrets Tides was absolutely amazing. The entertainers, specifically Gregory and Tedi. They were so kind to invite us to the ceviche making class. We werent able to get in because we were in a hurry, yet they came to us and wanted to book us a private class so that we could get to experience it! They were amazing and even gave us shirts! Such sweet energy they truly made our experience amazing
