This resort is a top tier 5 star resort. Very nice resort with the most friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend upgrading to the preferred club for upgraded drinks and the swim out suite. The spa is by far the best I’ve been to. The massage and hydrotherapy were well worth it! Highly recommend if you want to stay at a nice resort and get treated with the highest hospitality Stay at Secret Tides but go to breathless to party. Entertainment is lacking at Secrets but you can walk to the resort next door for a fun night.

The entertainment and food was bad. Alot of staff in restaurant and bars they weren't interested in serving me and acted like I was there and as soon as (not trying to be racist) a white guest comes up they greet them with a smile and kind words. If this was one occasion I would have looked at it as they didn't see me but this happened several times and on separate days. Wanted to go to get souvenirs off property costs us $100 for there taxi. Best part was the nice housekeeping ladies and the room service because that's were we spent most of our time.

We cannot wait to return!
What a great experience! We were fortunate to visit Secrets Tides through my husbands work event and truly hope to be able to return. The moment walking into the lobby to check in and being taken to your room being told "Welcome Home" to checking out and sincerely asking about our experience. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, and clean. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and hard working. Our room was very clean. The pools are spotless and the beach sand is amazing, so soft and clean! The restaurants varienty and food quality was great! Availability of bottle water was wonderful and we were reassured the ice and restaurant water (served in a stainless steel pitcher) was filtered.

We had a great honeymoon at Secrets Tides! The staff were amazing, and the location was an easy 40-minute drive from the airport. The resort itself was beautiful and so clean. Rooms were up to date with all the new things, including touch-screen amenities. The pools and beaches were beautiful and clean. The food was overall good. We had a couple of meals that weren't our favorites, or the food was undercooked, but overall, the food was good for typical resort fare. The drinks were great, and the staff were constantly making sure your drink was filled and that you were comfortable. This resort is not the biggest party resort but does have fun activities and upbeat shows and events perfect for a friends' getaway, couples, or adult family getaway. More of an older crowd overall, but super relaxing and fun!

Thank You for an Exceptional Trip to Secrets Tides Punta Cana
From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The level of service was exceptional from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by the resort staff, who ensured all our needs were met throughout our stay. Our butler, Ezy, was especially accommodating and always available to assist with dinner reservations, spa treatments, and any room-related needs. Our maid service was provided by Marilyn, who did an exceptional job having our room made up in the morning. The poolside servers—Jose, Raphael, and many others—were consistently attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of with both beverages and food. The beach was absolutely beautiful, perfect for long walks or a refreshing dip in the ocean. We also appreciated that there were no lineups or waiting times at the à la carte restaurants. Our seven-day stay truly exceeded expectations and deserves a five-star rating. We will certainly be looking to return to Secrets Tides in the future. We will certainly be returning in the future to Secrets Tides Resort, Punta Cana.
