My wife and I were there celebrating our 17th yr anniversary accompanied by my parents. Our butter/concierge Milciades went above and beyond with all our request. Even without asking or requesting he decorated our room twice making our anniversary more special. He did daily check ins with us not only by text but also in person. Making sure we were all well taking care off. All his recommendations regarding types of spa for couples were on point as well as his recommendation through the different restaurants to try each night. Milciades is well knowledgeable about his job in all areas. He truly loves his job and it is shown through the work he does day by day. Some other staff members to mentioned are: Rosa & Denis & hostess from Tierra, Candy and her helper from the Italian restaurant I believe portofino. Alexandra from the preferred pool area was amazing Mayra from the entertainment group was great and fun, we learned to dance bachata (amazing with my parents) and making bracelets. All the staff were very attentive and kind, with great energy. Overall we had an amazing experience and exceeded our expectations will definitely be going back in the future

Clean and modern
Literally one of the best and most beautiful all-inclusive resorts you’ll ever find. The property is absolutely stunning, and the overall atmosphere makes it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a vacation. The resort has a luxurious feel, and there’s something about the scenery and ambiance that makes the experience feel special. It’s definitely a place where you can unwind and enjoy your surroundings. The customer service was top tier throughout the resort. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was very relaxing and a great place to spend time, although it could have benefited from more activities and a little music to create a livelier atmosphere. I also lovedddddddd the nighttime vibe at the resort. The music and evening shows created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere, making the nights feel just as special as the days. It was a great way to relax, be entertained, and enjoy the resort after sunset. The food options could use a lot of work. While there were still some enjoyable choices, the variety and timing of the offerings were inconsistent. For example, the late-night coffee shop did not have any non-pork options, which made it difficult to find something suitable at that time. Some of the food choices also did not seem to match the occasion or what was being served. There were times when dips and cheese were available but no nachos or other suitable accompaniments, which made the selection feel incomplete. Improving the variety, adding more inclusive options, and making sure the food is properly paired with the menu items would make the overall dining experience much better. Overall, I had a great experience and would still recommend this resort. The beauty, atmosphere, customer service, and all-inclusive experience make it worth visiting, and I would definitely consider returning. Also I also appreciated the resort’s designated smoking areas. As a non-smoker, I found it thoughtful that guests who smoke have a designated space while still being able to enjoy the social atmosphere, activities, and shows without feeling separated from everyone else.

Amazing atmosphere all the time! Vibes and great music, very helpful staff and friendly. Great welcome drinks, great pool bars! and Market cafe has options for everyone! coco cafe is open 24/7 and has great options! Meraki and portofino are great for dinners! Every thing is clean and neat.

It’s not a secret anymore!
My wife and I had the most memorable, unforgettable, best vacation experience of our lives. We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at Secrets Tides Punta Cana in Dominican Republic. From our arrival to our departure, we experienced 5 star customer service. Our Butler Milciades-Mickey was by far, the best butler in the Caribbean. He took exceptional care of us and all the staff, including, our main waiter Alexander and the Manager Julio were all top notch 5 Star 10/10 in excellent service. The rooms and decor were excellent! The food everywhere was excellent! The pools and ambiance were excellent! The beach was beautiful. And everything in between was absolutely amazing! We look forward to returning back to Secrets Tides of Punta Cana Dominican Republic in the very near future. Thanks again for an amazing unforgettable experience! 10/10 in every way!
