This hotel and location are just not great. Its very enclosed as you can see by the photos and it feels almost claustrophobic. There were hardly any people around and the vibe is just weird. You have to take a 15 minute car ride to the beach. But the biggest thing is that, with the exception of the buffet, the food in the a la carte restaurants is absolutely horrible. Very, very poor quality. We learned of two people getting violently sick from Portofino restaurant. The people that work there are the best though.

Meets the expectations of a Secrets Resort. No complaints, a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation with friendly staff, great location, clean rooms, and nothing to improve on.

Hotel was amazing. We participated in the presentation for UVC (Unlimited Vacation Club) and everything sent downhill from there. This company is 1 huge scam and Secrets should cut all ties as this is scarring their image.

The hotel is beautiful. They offer so many options. The food was wonderful. There were many different activities thought out the day and at the beach. The pool was a little cool more my liking. The bus that runs to the beach has limited hours and I feel like it could be a little longer. There are many different locations for beverages(alcohol) and all the bartenders were fantastic on anything you could possibly want. The rooms were gorgeous.

Best resort ever! Quiet and Peaceful
Phenomenal resort. Far exceeded my expectations for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation where you truly feel pampered and appreciated
