  Excellent Stay !

  Business Award Couples trip. Resort is 5* . Food was excellent, The concierge assisted in navigating the hotel upon arrival. Although the beach was ony accesible by shuttle, that was a very easy transfer over and it was not difficult.

  Food allergies? Have no fear!

  My experience at Secrets Tulum Resort was truly amazing from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the relaxing environment and beautiful ambiance immediately set the tone. It offered the perfect balance of peaceful relaxation and fun energy. Whether we wanted to unwind or join in on activities, everything was easily accessible: the pool, entertainment, bars, and convenient access to the beach. Although the resort is not directly on the beach, the shuttle runs every 30 minutes and makes getting there simple and stress free. The beach itself was so incredibly relaxing that my husband, who never naps and rarely slows down enough to rest, actually took at least two naps while we were there. That alone speaks volumes. If you start to feel a little restless, you can walk down the road to explore local shops, which was such a fun addition to the beach day. There were also several great photo opportunities, and we even discovered a cenote not too far away. As a coffee lover, having 24/7 access to the coffeehouse was a huge perk. Being able to grab coffee anytime felt like a special little luxury within the overall experience. The most meaningful part of our stay, though, was how they handled my food allergies. I have significant food allergies and have avoided vacations, especially all inclusive resorts, out of fear that I would not have safe options to eat. At Secrets Tulum Resort, I truly had nothing to worry about. Not only did they ensure my meals were safe, they made food that I genuinely enjoyed eating just like everyone else. Anyone who has navigated restaurants with food allergies understands how important and rare that is. I deeply appreciated the chefs and staff for being so understanding and attentive to my needs. Enrique Viramontes, Rafael chef, Enrique chef ejecutivo, and LizBeth, my concierge, were all exceptional. Lizbeth went above and beyond, even on her day off, to make sure I was taken care of during our stay. That level of dedication and care meant so much to me. Secrets Tulum Resort provided relaxation, fun, safety, and true peace of mind all in one place. We left feeling refreshed, supported, and already looking forward to returning.

  A great trip away from the SNOW!!!

  At your secrets restaurant's you need to have a good experienced waiter. The waiter can make the whole experience much different. We have had some really seasoned waiters, and we've had some we'll call waiters in training . The experience at all your restaurants relies on them. Shout out to Juan working the Portofino restaurant. His level of care is exceptional and should be an example to others. Most of the restaurant's have the music too loud causing everyone to talk loud. The volume needs to be turned down or fix the room acoustics. We really liked the beach club. You need to make some kind of a line for loading people up at the hotel for transport. People ignore that others have been there before them. It would just make for a better flow. A Special shout out to Jhonny at the beach club he was doing the activities. He helped us make bracelets for our kids! Arturo helped out with our trip to the Cenote. He is full of energy and deserves a shoutout. The steak that is served at the BlueWater grill can be quite good. We have had both a good experience and a bad experience at the same restaurant. One night the steak was really good. The other night .The steak was very tough even though I ordered medium rare, it was cooked to well (too cooked) done. We both like the osso buco and have had it at other secrets resorts. We have tried the osso buco at both the beach club and the Portofino. Neither one of those places had it cooked properly. The beach club had it rare and the Portofino it wasn't braised long enough. Our room was very nice and the cleaning staff did a great job. Shout outs to the Grotto staff.. Everyone from the concierge, waiters, cooks and especially Salvador.

  Great overall

  Very clean, great vibe and an overall great all inclusive. Service was good. Everything we asked for they were able to deliver to us.

  Great time in Tulum

  We loved our time at Secrets! Great resort with lots of activities and attention to details. We will go again for sure! Breakfast and dinner were great and the service spot on!
