This was our 10th visit to Secrets Vallarta Bay and aside from our trip for our daughter's wedding a couple years ago it was one of the most magical. Our beautiful daughter and her girlfriend got engaged!!! Jorge, our #1 pool waiter and friend worked with the kitchen staff to help make the proposal amazing. Two days later we celebrated my birthday, and what a great celebration it was, the love I felt was indescribable. Special shout out to Chef's Angel, Joya and Jose Luis for making the the most amazing birthday cake and to Jorge, again, for making it all happen. People often ask us why we don't go to other places and the answer is simple, WE LOVE IT HERE!!! Preferred butler Nirvana, Carlos and Jose do everything in their power to make sure we always have everything we could ever need or want. Jorge and Fernando at the pool are such amazing, hard working individuals, our drinks are never empty and the conversation is always welcome. Jimmy and the rest of the entertainment staff go out of their way each and every day. Thank you to Francisco at Capers and Alfonso at Bordeaux for always making sure dinner is special. Also must mention Caesar and Umberto at the breakfast buffet, they are just one more reason we return twice a year. We have made so many wonderful friends in the last 6 years visiting this resort, we love them all!!!

We had an amazing vacation at Secrets . Carlos Miranda, our Butler made our trip extra special! We will go back!!!
We are UVC members and the staff m, food, and experience were great. Our Butler, Carlos Miranda made the trip so special. He helped us navigate the property, gave us specific instructions when we went into town to get the most from our experience. Great trip! We will go back!!

Just amazing !
This is the second time we visit the Secrets Vallarta, the hotel is beautiful, BUT the best of it all is that they have amazing employees and will treat you like family . This is the second time that Carlos Miranda takes care of us in a very familiar personal way. He is a true ambassador of treating guests with the most care. Thank you Carlos for making the travel experience unique, we highly recommend this property we will see you again .

Fantastic Stay
This was our second stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay and we had an amazing time! Food was excellent! We really enjoyed Himitsu, Oceana, and Bordeaux. The buffet was excellent for made to order food at breakfast and lunch. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We alsonoticed more top shelf liquor at all bars this stay compared to our last stay. The staff is amazing and service was consistently friendly and exceeded our expectations throughout the resort. The following staff members stood out at the buffet for outstanding service and treating us like family - Benito, Alan and Cesar (we remembered both of them from our last stay!), Humberto and Wendy. We really appreciated the special dessert plate on the morning of our departure. Edguardo was our waiter for our upstairs dinner on our last night and he made our evening truly special and memorable. Alejandro at the swim up bar was a rock star at providing excellent service consistently and always with a smile. Ulysses with UVC provided us with daily updates on entertainment and closed restaurants which we really appreciated. The staff truly make this resort a special place and we will definitely return!

Two thumbs up for Secrets Vallarta Bay!
Secrets Vallarta Bay exceeded all of my expectations! The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained grounds, and luxurious accommodations. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the best parts of this resort is its perfect location—just a short distance from downtown, making it easy to explore the local culture, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, enjoy top-notch dining, or venture into town, this resort truly has it all. I highly recommend Secrets Vallarta Bay for an unforgettable getaway!
