We had the best service with Adrian, Wendy, and Armando. We have followed them around the resort where they have served because the service was excellent. I highly recommend you keep all three Weber’s as they have made our trip one of the best.

Great value and easy fun!
The food and service is incredible- especially for the price! The alcoholic drinks are delicious, coffee shop is great! Adrian, Armando, and Wendy at the buffet are incredible. We looked forward to seeing Adrian every morning. This was such an easy and fun vacation for 4 couples!

10th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Secrets Vallarta and had the most wonderful time. Our personal concierge Jaime Landa went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, arranging our booking for our beachside Bali bed, answering all of our questions, and being one of the warmest people we’ve met. We are UVC members and stayed in the Preferred Club area, with an ocean view room on the 5th floor, with spectacular views of the sunset. The food was wonderful, particularly at Bordeaux and Capers restaurants. All in all, we had a fabulous time, and would definitely return! 30th Anniversary trip to remember
We went to this resort for our 30th anniversary it was fantastic we enjoyed the atmosphere the beach the pools everything was beautiful! Jose was our personal butler he went above and beyond in every way to make our trip special! We enjoyed the chefs table on our anniversary night it was so special the food was excellent our server was Alfonso. Alfonso was attentive and personable he talked and joked with us explained all the wines and food we had he was fantastic! We had such a great time with him we went to the French restaurant the next night just to have him serve us again! He had a partner server that night they were great! The waiters by the pool were great too very friendly Caleb Alejandro & Diego! Our first night and our last night we went to the Italian restaurant and Fransisco served us, we had absolutely the best service the whole time we were there! We love visiting Mexico we go as often as we can the people are so friendly and kind!

The hotel and staff are really nice. The food was average. The beach is disappointing. Very rocky and it gets deep really fast. The current feels like it's pulling you in. We love swimming in the beach. We had to avoid it here.
