Buyer beware! I’m currently at the resort and being hunted by a “personal rep”. This personal rep is nothing but a high pressure salesman trying to sell you a “membership” in exchange for “free” excursions. All you have to do is sit through a 45 min high pressure sales pitch. Never again will I book a secrets resort. Nothing but an old fashioned timeshare model reinvented. He said it’s because we booked a high end suite and are “preferred” members. If I’m a preferred member then I prefer not to be hounded during my vacation. The property itself is showing its age. Definite remodeling and maintenance needed.

Our stay was absolutely incredible!!! Belen Duarte was the absolutely incredible and we will be back because of her! Highly recommend the resort and all the people in it!!
