Service was above expectation. Food was great, restaurants were all pretty good. The atmosphere was a little lacking as the place was not very busy. The beach was pretty dismal, kind of dirty and not well maintained. Things seemed to need some updates. I probably would not go back but hit all the areas we needed for some family fun.

We stayed 9 days at Sensira and We had a wonderful vacation. I can not imagine a better hotel. All the staff was amazing. So very very friendly and helpful with everything. Special thank to Yosher and Josephine and all the other staff at the kids club. My girls loved you all! My doughter has the little paper with all your names from the kids club and you all ment so much for her. The food was amazing. The pool bar and pool restaurant was so great with fantastic service. Perfect lunch by the pool. We loved the tea house and all the restaurants and the breakfast was great, with fantastic service. We liked rodeo grill the most, they had great vegetarian food as well. We went to a very nice excursion to chichen itza and to a cenote that we booked from the hotel, thank you! We were also 2 hours snorkeling at a coral reef only ten minutes by boat from the hotel, amazing! The first days it was saragassum, but than the wind changes and the beach was beutiful. The room was allways very clean. We also liked the gym and spa. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation. Everything was great. The children loved everything. This hotel have so much for the children: kids club, zip line, trampolines etc. And thank you for the great halloween celebration and the great shows at the ”foam”. The entertainment was so good and also the music and the activities by the pool (zumba, trampoline workout). We recommend this hotell 100%.

Good place for a budget-friendly beach trip
This was my 2nd stay at Sensira. I originally came here in November 2021. The resort is good for a budget-friendly beach trip, definitely not luxury. Overall the stay was nice and relaxing for a week at the beach. Rooms- The Ruby Suite,#389, was nice but definitely needs some cosmetic work. The shower ceiling wasn't even painted over after work was done, curtains had some holes, and the a/c unit was ridiculously loud. There was no nightly turn down service, that is advertised. We had it one night, only after I had to ask the butler. Food- Decent but a hit or miss. La Finca was our favorite restaurant. Didn't find anything spectacular about Galeria de Sens. Tea house was nice for coffee and ice cream. Cocktails were good, depending on the bartender. Room Service took about 45 minutes and was a good option to have. The staff at the buffet restaurant were the best, very friendly, and attentive. Beach- the water is naturally what it is. We were able to swim in it the last 2 days of our trip. If you want blue water, this location is just not the place. The Bali beds and chairs were comfortable and all had nice views of the beach. Pools- All were nice. The servers came often for drink orders. Nightly Shows- we enjoyed them all. The special Halloween show was fantastic. I also love the group that does the Michael Jackson show. Service- Communication is not consistent amongst the resort. One staff person says something and another staff person something else. They also need a real app like other resorts. It can be an inconvenience to call all the time. An app is just reliable for food orders, service requests, and dinner reservations. The staff for entertainment and all the waitstaff were very good at their jobs. Spa- I had a good massage and the therapist was very professional. The hydrotherapy circuit is nice. One area the spa needs is a relaxation room. After my massage, it would have been to have that area to decompress and drink water or tea. As a couple, we probably won't return. The few adult only areas are nice, but this is definitely a family resort. I like quiet dinners and well that just wasn't the case. The Amber lounge was a good place to have peaceful setting for cocktails and snacks. The Knights pub wasn't too bad either. The Ruby and Amber suites offer a romantic vibe. Overall, I come to this area annually and stayed many places. I give this stay at Sensira 3.5 stars.

Best vacation ever!
This place was great, truly a place to get away from it all. This was our anniversary/honeymoon and it did not dissapoint at all. The staff were all amazing!! Our butler's Rafael Galaz, Humberto Salazar, and Joao were outstanding, they made you feel like family. They were always there to help with anything we needed. I couldn't have asked for a better staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful we even got served on the beach. We enjoyed the luxury and cleanliness, our room was cleaned daily, it always smelled very good, even the toilet paper was scented. The ruby room was beyond fantastic, with a private balcony overlooking the ocean and the mini bar was refreshed daily. The buffet was excellent, the restaurants were great, the serving staff was polite and accommodating. There was lots of entertainment and my wife enjoyed yoga in the morning. I would definitely go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Lobby bar is the best
The lobby bar is great!! Makes fun drinks. Diego and David are amazing and creative. Great service with very fun and friendly guys.
