Only been here a couple of days so far, but the staff are 10/10. So friendly, so kind, so funny and so entertaining and patient. You can tell they love what they do and they are happy to work here. They deserve every tip they receive ++++++ !!!! Special shout out to Brandon, Alberto, estephanie, Alex (x3), Sammy, Rodrigo, Jacobo, victor & Andrid xoxoxoxo + all the cooks who I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting. The ENTIRE staff really have made this vacation so memorable already and I am so looking forward to the rest of my vacation here because they are all so incredible at what they do. The nightlife however is very lackluster at this resort as it’s very kid centered, but that being said - our sweetie concierge whose name i unfortunately forget ; pointed us in the direction of a bar about a 10 minute uber away from the resort called micheladas which has live music and great service + cheap drinks and we had an amazing time!!!! I love it here and I will come back but it will definitely be a family vacation as it is very kid centered and my nieces and nephews would absolutely DIE for this place. Also I feel like I’ve been to resorts where everything is far apart, and this one is very easy to access every part of it without being small which is great for those travelling with little legs. I’m so happy we booked @ sensira! We are having a fabulous time so far xoxoxo

Steak house had really incredible food
Had a great experience with Manuel from the entertainment team playing water volleyball and beach volleyball. He had good information regarding anything we needed in the resort!!

This place is great for people with kids. As a couple I would probably not go back. I just didnt like people letting their kids run around restaurants. There is lots for kids to do. Take small pesos for tipping as they wont change any bills. The specialty restaurant was not worth the visit. The beach is really nice and you can get a chair no problem. The pool chairs fill up quickley in the morning. Food isnt warm at the bufffet. The staff work very hard and are pleasant. The guy at the front desk gave us a checkout slip for the conceirege and didnt tell us what it was for but luckily we held onto it. Checkout was poor. He barely spoke to us. You will love it if you have kids and like a nice beach.

Family friendly and cozy
Good resort for the price you pay; pools were nice and rooms were spacious; food choices were limited at the restaurant but the buffet was nice. Special shout out to Sandy for being so hospitable and welcoming and Carlos in the buffet for accommodating our family.
