The zip line was awesome! My daughter (6 years old) went almost every day. Sami was fabulous!

We’re down here for a family vacation with a 10 year-old and a five-year-old getting away from the snow. It’s been a fan
One of the best experiences was the core memories that Sammy working the zip line gave us. Awesome experience my daughter will remember.

Feb 02, 2026Smells bad and the service isn't good
The hotel has a bad smell, and they use a ton of air freshener to try to cover it. I didnt get room service for 3 days, even when I requested it. I also brought my own dairy alternative products, due to allergy. They kept it for me in the fridge, when I was leaving and wanted to take the remaining product home, like 4 yogurts and a milk, they had thrown everything out. I'm pretty upset and there's no one to talk to.

A hidden Resort for all ages
Christmas & New Year’s was amazing at this hotel we were a group of family & friends all ages & everyone found to have a good time,hotel with great location & service thank you Isaias,Luis bartender,Ana server,our concierge Rafael,Álvaro, our rooms were beautiful spacious and nicely decorated, they have a lot to do for all ages even mini golf and cinema! Thank you to the management tireless Andre in entertainment Giancarlo always checking on our service,Gabriel New Year’s Eve party was amazing congratulations to all the staff! 👏
