Our August 2026 honeymoon at Serenity Coconut Bay was a dream !! We loved our private plunge pool suite. The room was clean upon arrival - and also cleaned , restocked , turned down and refreshed daily( thank you ladies) . We enjoyed relaxing indoors and outdoors- my husband loved the outdoor shower /patio area. I loved the indoor bath. We both loved the plunge pool. We had the sweetest butler Sabby. Always smiling & always helpful! 10/10 mam! The Greathouse never disappointed! ( & Jomiah our fav waiter there! ) Oh my don’t forget to get breakfast /mid day room service food- We felt so fancy ! The pool / outside bar was enjoyable - lots of drink options. Shout out to Kevin , good service and decent jokes(also Ray!) 🤣! Serenity favorite activity was Rum Night , fire dancing - rum tasting ,wonderful food! The pool side cabana night was very nice - also loved the live music. Our excursions were wonderful ! First let me say thanks to Kerry & Clint (Nerv drivers) excellent time with yall in fast and furious- lol! Don’t skip the Great Escapade- scenic - immersive, beautiful and fun. Great in room massages. Sweet sorta sunset cruise (it rained). Beach and pool cabanas & so much more ! We did walk across to Coconut Bay a few times(all included also!) Beautiful resort itself, with an Atlantic Ocean view. We enjoyed the swim up bar , Calabash Resturant , extra nightlife activities - live music , bar/lounges there a few times also.

WOW! This is what every other all inclusive resort should strive to be. We were amazed by the entire experience. This resort is located very close to the airport. We were worried it may have too much noise, but we didn't hear any at all. Being so close is very nice after a long flight to paradise. As soon as you arrive, you are greeted immediately with a fresh coconut, what a lovely touch! As a couple without kids, we loved staying in the Serenity section, which is adults only. Everything is absolutely beautiful! The landscaping is manicured, the surroundings are well furnished, and it all feels natural and not forced. The butler service is unparalleled! We were lucky to be paired with Davidson, who was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond. We were given a cell phone to be able to contact the butler or room service 24/7. David added so many special touches, like a lovely fruit plate in our beach cabana. He truly cared that we had an amazing experience. The beach maybe was the only down side. There was a good amount of seaweed, that they were working hard to remove. The beach cabanas are fantastic - full shade and spots in the sun, great views, and best of all a beach bed that swings! Beyond David and the atmosphere, our other major highlight was the food and drinks. The chef was absolutely fantastic! We have never had such delicious food at a resort. Don't miss out on the braised short ribs - best we have eaten anywhere!! And the drinks were premium with fresh juices. Everyone at the resort is welcoming, low key, and so friendly. We loved interacting with everyone, especially Genel and McCarthy. But again, David the butler is what really set this place apart. I would 100% recommend staying here!

A truly unique experience
Our trip to Serenity Coconut Bay was an incredible experience. It was my 40th birthday celebration and I would never forget the experience here. They certainly add little touches to make this experience feel unique from decorating the room, to decorating the table at dinner . The went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied like making special meals. Our butler, Sabby was exceptional, she was very friendly, attentive and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our stay. We also like that the family friendly resort nearby had lots of entertainment. I would truly recommend serenity for your special celebration or even for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend getting the cabana at the beach, it was definitely worth it. Can't wait to go back one day.

Best couples vacation
If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Best vacation ever! Though the facilities are lovely, the location is super convenient, and the island is beautiful, the staff at Serenity are what takes it to the next level. Ali was the most amazing and thoughtful butler who planned every day for us and also left time in for relaxation. The bartenders (Kevin, Ray, Lee) were amazing and kept us with drinks in our hands! All of the activities at Serenity were so fun, including the cooking demos, pool games, wine tasting, sushi making class, and the Rum and Food Fete with fire dancing entertainment. Highly recommend the beach cabana even if the sargassum is present because staff does a great job of clearing it regularly and the breeze in the cabana was perfect for relaxing. Can’t wait to come back!

Serenity - St Lucia Grand Romance Package 10/10
Our honeymoon stay at Serenity was incredible to say the least. We were able to stay for the 7 nights, which gave us the free upgrade to the grand romance package and it was worth every single penny. The staff is world class, and we could not have had a better experience. Our Butler was Sher, and he did an unbelievable job with tending to our every need, and being there when we needed him. The resort was the cleanest, and best maintainted grounds I have ever been on. Sher also arranged our schedule, including hiring some of the best taxi drivers we have ever had! Sherman, Steven, and Barry were exceptional drivers, that really knew the island, and the fascinating history. We went on the couples excursion (highly recommend), as well as a deep sea fishing trip, where we caught a great mahi mahi that we brough back for the chef to prepare for dinner, and it was exceptional. We were also blessed with a private sushi making class with Chef Lucy, who was so great at teaching us, and being patient, while making it extremely fun and memorable! We were also extremely pleased with our servers during our stay. The food was absolutely unbelievable. By far the best we have ever had at an all-inclusive resort. Daniel, Kevin, and every other server we had were so nice, genuine, and all around great people. While the beach is not as pretty as the Caribbean side of the island, the crew worked diligently to manage the abundance of seaweed. We ended up taking a taxi to Sugar Beach for a day, and it was a short, and beautiful drive. This was a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely be returning!
