    If you are lucky to have Kimberley as your Butler, you are in for a great stay at Coconut Bay!

    Kimberley was our Butler on our Honeymoon in December of 2024, and she was AMAZING! From day one she welcomed us with a smile and a fun and joyful personality! We really enjoyed spending time with her and felt comfortable asking her for anything. She was quick to accommodate our request and did so with excitement and enthusiasm. We made us feel welcome at Serenity Bay and helped us to relax and have fun as we started our marriage. We hope to go back someday and hope that Kimberley is still working there when we do! We would be so lucky!

    The best vacation at an incredible resort!

    Best Vacation Ever! We went to Serenity at Coconut Bay in St. Lucia for our honeymoon. It was the best vacation ever! The resort is located just minutes from the airport, so your vacation begins very soon after you get off the plane. The resort is a combination of beauty, fun, relaxation and luxury all rolled into one. The butlers we had for the week were amazing. Our butler was Narissa who was fantastic! Narrissa was so nice and extremely attentive and thoughtful and incredibly good at what she does. While we were out on an excursion Narissa drew us a bubble bath just in time for when we returned to the resort. We really enjoyed talking and getting to know her. We wanted for nothing the entire trip. Mcgregor and Davidson were great as our fill in butlers again they too were extremely attentive and thoughtful and incredibly good at what they do. If you plan to book a vacation here, get the Grand Romance package. The many excursions and resort activities it provides are well worth the money. You must book a beach cabana for the day. Our day at the beach cabana was amazing. The resort's gourmet dining options are incredible. The food was great every night at The Greathouse restaurant and all the servers there are top notch. The staff at the resort is amazing! Cornela and Sabby are so great at their jobs! They do it with such enthusiasm and happiness. It was so great having them as servers and even better when they danced with us during one of the musical acts. Kevin was a great entertainment coordinator and bartender. Ray and Lee were also great bartenders who were so great to talk to. We were able to have a great conversation one day with the Manager Christopher Chin. Christopher made us feel like a guest of the family not a guest at a resort. He could not have been more friendly, informative and hospitable. Serenity at Coconut Bay is an outstanding resort located in a tropical paradise. You will not be disappointed.

    Not always serene

    We chose Serenity for it’s reputation for service, food quality and serenity. It certainly delivered service and food quality but failed in some major respects to deliver serenity. Primarily the daily live music over dinner was, for our taste, way too loud, It was often difficult to hold a conversation. This was our major disappointment but also be aware of the noise associated with the airport, not so much the fixed wing flights, rather the noise of the helicopters conveying travellers to and from the airport. If none of the foregoing is a concern then you can be sure of a great stay at Serenity. The site itself is stunning. The view from the Greathouse over the pool and through the palm trees to the sea is fantastic, by day and by night. The entire site is a colourful splash of well maintained trees and bushes. The Greathouse is an impressive structure. The accommodation is well equipped and well maintained. Comfortable bed, good WiFi and air conditioning. The private courtyards are another splash of colour. We enjoyed daily visits from a humming bird. The outstanding feature of Serenity is the friendly and efficient service, Everything is managed through your personal butler and managed very well. We were magnificently looked after by David. All our requests were responded to successfully and in many instances anticipated! The culture of friendly service extends throughout the staff. The team is very willing to accommodate individual needs. The quality and choice of food was very high, better than any other resort / hotel we have stayed at in the Caribbean. It was impressive that you could vary the dishes so easily, to accommodate your personal tastes.

    Amazing Resort

    Everything at Serenity is incredible! The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Our butler Ethan was the best and made it so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He booked dinners, excursions, spa treatments, and beach cabanas for us and made sure our room was always fully stocked with snacks and drinks. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves! We couldn’t ask for a more relaxing vacation. The food was the best resort food we have ever eaten. Everything was so delicious. The rooms are beautiful and housekeeping does a great job at keeping everything very clean. Along with Ethan some other staff members who helped make our stay incredible were Rosey, Shirley, Daniel, Kimberly, and Kevin; but all of the staff are truly amazing! We highly recommend serenity for a relaxing vacation.

    Quite simply a fabulous holiday

    Some people say that if you have had a fantastic holiday you should not go back as it will never be as good the second time. The complete opposite is true at Serenity. We were welcomed as soon as we got out of the taxi like returning family and the holiday was quite simply fabulous. Food and service are amazing and being treated as family members by staff did not detract from the quality and professionalism of the whole team. Everyone pulls together to ensure guests have the best possible experience and there are lots of smiles along the way. Entertainment and activities are varied and enjoyable, as is just lazing by the pool being waited on hand and foot Worthy of a special mention are Tracey in housekeeping who showed us kindness, Rosey, Ray, Sabby, Joela, Hannah, our butler Kaisa and her colleagues Davidson, Kimberley and Ali, Natoya who among other things runs a fun Tiki cocktail class, Lee, Delon, Charles and of course our “long lost son” Kevin The management team are great too, Shanice, Sadie and Chris are very visible always on the lookout for anything that could improve the guest experience…but I was having such a good time I could never think of a thing that required improvement! We will most definitely be booking a return trip next year and cannot recommend this holiday resort highly enough
