The wife and I came to celebrate our honeymoon at Serenity. Everything about Serenity is 5 star!!!! From the service, to the rooms, and the food! Kaisha ,our butler, made the stay phenomenal. Everything we needed she said sure No problem. Kevin, Toya, Charles, and Ray also provided A1 service with our dinners and our late nights at the bar! This was our first time here and for sure won’t be our last!!!

Found our Serenity!
We celebrated our 30th anniversary at Serenity. With the airline losing our luggage, we had to scramble. However, our butler Kaisha went out of her way to support us. The food, the excursions and relaxing atmosphere were incredible. We can’t wait to go back!

Honeymoon approved
A dream experience and the perfect place for a honeymoon! The staff is incredible and friendly. They definitely do their best to give you a serene experience. We want to give a special shout out to our amazing butler Ethan, and the bartenders Kevin, Toya, and Ray!! You were all truly amazing! The food was top tier and felt like a 5 star restaurant for every meal.

AMAZING.............
I am sorry for the delay in sharing my review. First and foremost, I want to say thank you to Chris Chin and the Serenity staff for making this birthday trip truly unforgettable. We have been visiting Serenity since they first opened and consider this our second home and we can say no two visits have ever been alike. My birthday celebration went just how I envisioned and even better thanks to Mia Chin at Coconut Bay who organized my birthday dinner at LaLuna upon my family' s arrival. The floral arrangements was stunning and the evening was perfect. Prior to our arrival, our butler McCarthy called who we also consider a friend called to discuss our itinerary. McCarthy has a knack for anticipating our needs. He will make sure you are taken care of before he leaves for the day and even on his day off. You are in good hands with any of the other wonderful butlers, Davidson, Quade, Ethan and the newest Daniel, and Kimberly and Nerissa are always efficient and greatly appreciated. Every visit always offers something new on the resort itinerary. One of my favorite things to do is admire the scenic paths with the beautiful flowers. With the Grand Romance package I enjoy the massage and for the first time tried the facial and body wrap. One of our favorites is the island tour with the best driver Danny Boy, relaxing at the beach cabana and the cabana dinner is a vibe. Kevin, one of the best bartenders, sommeliers and the host of my favorite day and event, Sunday Funday is that guy. The other bartenders, Charles, Lee, Ray, and DeLeon always greets us with unique creations as well as Jonathan, the coconut man, who keeps us refreshed. The ladies at the Great House Tyler, Hannah, Jakim, Sabby, Tessa, Natasha, Joela, Latoya and Ingrid provided the best service, beautiful smiles and kind spirits at every meal. The fresh and delicious meals prepared by Chef Leo were amazing. My family, who has heard us come back with stories of our love for the resort, the island and people over the years, finally got to first hand experience how special Serenity and Coconut Bay are for themselves. They are now believers and each one is planning their return trips next year. We are already making our own plans to visit twice next year and can't wait.

Serenity in St. Lucia was very luxurious
We had a phenomenal experience at Serenity! Kaisha was our personal butler during our stay and she was amazing. The resort is spotless and it was the best room service we’ve experienced, from the daily cleanings & nightly turndown to the special touches like notes with towel animals & flowers. All of the staff is so attentive throughout the stay, I would love to name each person, but it would genuinely be everyone. The activities & engagement was so fun. Lastly, the excursion they arranged was exceptional. We will be back!
