  Incredible!

  AMAZING TRIP! This was our first time visiting this incredible resort. Let's just say that we'll be back! It was amazing from the moment we arrived. Not to mention it's only 5 mins from the airport! Our phenomenal butler, Kaisha was so sweet and welcoming! She was a huge part of why our getaway went so smoothly, and was SO wonderful! She literally thought of everything. Made our dinner reservations each night, and reminded us of things we needed on our excursions, etc. Seriously, we cannot say enough about her! I actually teared up as we said goodbye to her on our last day. Thank you for EVERYTHING you did for us, Kaisha, we so appreciated it! ♥️ The food.. incredible!! We didn't even eat at the sister resort because we looked forward to our dinner each night. Each dish personally prepared, no buffets. The privacy & intimacy at this resort is off the charts! Like I said, we will be back! ♥️♥️ Shelley, Ohio

  Serenity Coconut Bay St Lucia Paradise

  Serenity Coconut Bay is a very elegant relaxing romantic getaway. We just returned Feb 2026 and enjoyed every serene moment. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and cordial. Too many good people working - too many staff to mention as we fell in love with all of them who learned our names and daily needs immediately. Thank you! Special thanks to our butler McCarthy who seemed to always know what we wanted every minute of our stay up to the moment we left. Dane took us on an island tour which we will never forget as he also went above our expectations. The island tour is is a must-see! The food is absolutely amazing and gourmet. Our room was amazing and the house keeping staff were always there for us morning and night. The beach was enjoyable and the Spa was visited after we also enjoyed in-suite massages. We are looking forward to returning there next year. Thank you Serenity!

  Loved this resort and island. Would return in a heartbeat.

  Coconut Bay had a more relaxed vibe than the larger resorts we usually visit but there are a multitude of on/off resort activities so there is definitely something for everyone. We arrived New Year’s Eve to a fun show and our week in St Lucia was perfect. The resort and our rooms were immaculately clean and modern. Without exception the staff we met were accommodating and a joy to be around. The a la cart restaurants were excellent and we appreciated that we were able to actually get reservations. It has been our past experience at other resorts that it is often difficult to obtain reservations which is disappointing. The main buffet was very good with varied and changing selections of indulgent and healthy options. We loved the coffee bar. A special shout out to Thomas our bartender at the Serenity pool who had an incredible memory for drink preferences and was a pleasure to talk with. Also a shout out to our chambermaid Rosa who left inspirational notes and did amazing towel creations. It was fun to return to the room to see her creations. These folks really made our week.

  The Absolute Best All-Inclusive

  My wife and I treated ourselves to a luxury all-inclusive for our 10-year anniversary; we are both in our mid 30's. We were both absolutely blown away by the experience at Serenity. If there is any doubt in your mind as to whether this vacation is worth it, just book it. They do everything well here: from the big things, like huge clean villas, expansive and delicious menus, to the small things - handwritten notes daily, people remembering your name and preferred drinks. You really get the impression that everyone here is going above and beyond to cater to you. A few things to note: -this was our first time with a "butler level" resort. We were a little worried that it would be almost intrusive with people checking on us every 5 minutes or such. This could not be farther from the case. Our butler Keisha is a total pro - she was always very reachable and immediately responsive and helpful, but never once oppressive. She knew exactly what to do, say, and offer. It was perfect. -Serenity itself is quite small and cozy. You tend to see people socializing somewhat - however, it is by no means a raucous party atmosphere, and there is more than enough space to curl up by the pool with a book and a coconut cocktail. They do an excellent job of making a smaller resort feel huge, with activities throughout the day - while also intimate. Even if you do not want to engage in any of the entertainment offered, the room service is prompt and frankly delicious. -There is no real need to go anywhere on the Coconut Bay side for dinner, the Greathouse outshines them all. However, do not skip the Jerk Shack by the pool at Coconut Bay for lunch, it is delicious. The water slides are fun, too. -if you can, book 7 days for the free package, and do all of the things on it. All the tours, trips, massages, excursions, etc, are completely worth it. -Also, go ziplining. A final note - the people here really do get to know you and care about you. Our flight out of St Lucia was cancelled and the airline wanted to us to stay at a resort 90 minutes away, only to come back another 90 minutes in the morning. With a single phone call to Serenity, I was able to secure another room for the night and a driver for the morning. Outstanding.

  Serenity... an all-inclusive like no other!

  My wife and I made our second visit to Serenity this year... six years after our first visit during which we celebrated our 20th anniversary. As expected, the resort, atmosphere, food, beverages, and most importantly the staff were amazing! Serenity is by far the most elegant and intimate all-inclusive experience available. Our butler and the entire staff went out of their way to provide an experience catered to our needs. They feel like family and we will be back next year!
