My husband and I went to Serenity for our honeymoon and had the best time. The food was phenomenal and our butler Ethan arranged multiple excursions for us when we got there which took so much stress out of the trip. There was a petting zoo run by Tom that rescues animals on the island. It was the best surprise being able to say hi to the puppies and goats that live on the property. Trisha and Patrice also always left the sweetest note after cleaning the room that we looked forward to reading each day. We could not recommend Serenity more and already want to plan our next visit!

The honeymoon trip of our dreams! 💕
We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for 10 days for our honeymoon, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime! Everything from the moment we arrived was absolute perfection. Our room was incredible and it was so nice to have our own private space. The resort is peaceful, private, and so beautiful — exactly what we wanted for our romantic getaway. Our butler, Ethan, was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond every single day to make our stay unforgettable. The waitresses and bartenders were also amazing — so kind, attentive, and genuine. By just a couple of days into our stay, they already knew us by name and remembered our favorite drinks, which made everything feel so personal and special. The food and drinks were delicious, the pool was a dream, and the whole vibe of the resort was pure relaxation and luxury. There were some fun activities onsite and our tours we did through the resort were also great! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon experience. Serenity truly lives up to its name, and we’re already talking about coming back for an anniversary trip. Huge thank you to Ethan and the entire team for making our stay absolutely unforgettable!💕

Another Great Visit
This was our 3rd trip to Serenity and as always, it did not disappoint. By far our favorite all inclusive that we have ever went to. 1. You can't beat the drive from the airport, only 5 minutes to the resort and they arrange included transportation for you. 2. The best part of Serenity is the staff. Many of the staff has been the same since our first trip and they remember us every visit. They always greet you with a smile and the service is impeccable. We met Ali on our first trip 4 years ago. She was a server and now she is a butler. We are so proud of her promotion. She's as great a butler as she was a server in the Greathouse and we always enjoy seeing her on every trip. Ginel and all the staff at the Greathouse provided excellent service with every meal. Chris Chin the general manager made us welcome and does a phenomenal job running the resort. 3. The food as always was so delicious. We had lobster dishes 3 of the 5 nights we were there. Never a bad meal. The drinks were always delicious and the bartenders always excellent. 4. The rooms were always extremely clean as housekeeping does a great job. 5. We enjoyed the beach cabana for the day and the lazy river at their sister property right next door, just a three minute walk away. The spa is also excellent and we had an amazing beachside cabana massage. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at Serenity, you will not be disappointed.

Serenity at Coconut Bay – Where You Actually Exhale
After 26 years of marriage, my wife and I decided we’d earned something special, and Serenity at Coconut Bay delivered in every way. Our butler, Davidson (aka David), made the trip unforgettable. He arranged a private beachside gazebo dinner that felt straight out of a movie and somehow managed to be everywhere we needed him without ever intruding. That kind of instinct is rare. The privacy at Serenity is unmatched. The hardest part of going home was putting clothes back on. Between our plunge pool, hammock, and private cabana, we had complete seclusion. Room service arrived quietly through the private service box, so we were never disturbed. It was effortless luxury done right. Davidson also set up a full-day tour into town, and it was refreshing to experience a country where you can actually explore and feel safe doing it. St. Lucia has a warmth that goes beyond the weather. Every detail at Serenity—from the dining at The Great House to the craft cocktails by the pool and even the well-equipped gym—showed thoughtful attention to comfort and quality. It’s the kind of place that reminds you what a true vacation feels like. Serenity lives up to its name. It’s quiet, personal, and pure relaxation from start to finish. We’ll be back.

We found what paradise should be
We spent our honeymoon here and stayed for 7 nights to get the honeymoon package upgrade and we could not have been happier with the trip from beginning to end. Our butler, Kaisha, was extremely attentive and kind, we never felt like a bother to her and she continuously asked what more she can do to make our trip perfect. Kevin and Ray were awesome event hosts and bartenders who were always there to provide a good laugh and entertainment. Sabby and Ginel were two of the nicest people (and servers) you could've ever met. More standouts were people like Lee, Quade, Lucy, and more who were always there to provide us the best experience possible. Almost every employee remembered our names from day one and felt like genuine friends for the whole time we were there. Could not recommend this place, the staff, and the excursions more!
