The beach was a short cab ride from our Royal Caribbean ship. It was a beautiful beach with fine sand and beach chairs/umbrellas to rent to what we have pain elsewhere.

Sep 29, 2025This is a condo , not a resort , not a hotel but a large , clean , comfortable condo.
This was a large clean condo . My guess is about 1300 square feet . We had 2 good sized bedrooms with tvs and comfortable beds ,2 bathrooms with tubs and showers , a kitchen, laundry, a tv room, and a balcony . The cable had lots of channels and the condo was clean . The “ resort “ had a large pool with 2 grills that guests could use for free but this is a condo , it’s not a hotel or a resort. The front desk is open 9-5 and they are friendly. Besides being comfortable 7 mile beach resort is close to everything. It’s 10 -15 minutes from airport, within walking distance to beach , coconut joes restaurant is across the street but closed in September. The hotel next door is a Hilton a believe . It has restaurants and we can use their beach, peppers restaurant is a 3 minute walk so just within 5 minutes there’s a few restaurants and more . The shopping mall , Camana bay ( I think thats the name ) is a 15 minute walk but buses run every few minutes. They are very safe and everyone is super polite and they are $2 CI or $2.50USD . The island is great . 1st island we’ve been to where we weren’t hassled on the beach to buy anything . Water is warm and beautiful. The “resort “ is a clean place to sleep and relax and the island is awesome

See potential, dated resort. They don't clean daily, they don't offer clean towels daily, they charge $5 per clean in room towels. Check in is upstairs, not suitable for elders. Staff is nice Dona & her daughter were very nice. At check in, no one was available the staff was out, other guests were also waiting who were trying to check out. At check out twice we went to office, knocked as instructed and no one answered even tried calling. If on a budget this place is ok.

A solid hotel, but not really a resort
**Really 3.5 stars We had to switch to this resort last minute when the resort we had originally booked was closed down due to the hurricane last week. Overall, it is a solid hotel, but it is not really a resort. The good: The rooms are great. We had a full kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, a balcony, and 2 bedrooms (one with a king sized bed and one with two full beds). It was kept very cold, but you can control the temperature. Most supplies were included (you did have to pay for laundry detergent). The location is great, close to the beach access and tons of resturants. The pool is clean and beautiful. We had a rental car and didn't use it, but they had shuttles to local beaches. They also had games and puzzles you could borrow, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. The bad: It is not really a resort. They had a few events, but most of them were cancelled, either due to lack of sign ups or, in one case, karaoke was cancelled due to a broken projector. When one event was cancelled, they did compensate by offering free rum punch, but there was nothing offered for the other cancellations. Also, it was sometimes diffcult to reach staff, as the desk was only manned from 9-5. No beach access. We enjoyed our stay very much, but I wish we knew it wasn't really a resort.

Beach chair chaos everyday promotes total dirtbag moves
The beach chair arrange promotes dirtbag moves. That means coming down at 2AM to 4;30AM and tying a shirt on a chair or throwing a hotel slipper on five chairs. Other than this chaos the place is really good. Wife and I figured this out over 5 days. You will not believe it until you see it. Every front row chair is taken at 6AM and not one person occupying the chair.
