Wonderful Experience
I cannot express what an incredible resort Seven Stars is. From the amenities to the exceptional staffing, my family had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank Shanadia at Seven restaurant for her kindness and hospitality. She was so helpful with my young children at breakfast and made us all feel at home. Thank you for an incredible time!

Disappointing stay at Seven Stars Resort
My husband and I spent 4 nights at Seven Stars at the end of January. While it is a beautiful resort, several things detracted from our stay. When we checked in, we were advised that the computers were down and therefore, the keys to our room would not work and putting charges on your room for food etc. was not an option. In order to access our room, we had to call the front desk for someone to come and let us in. We were not in the main building so this always took several minutes. The problem with the door resolved in one day but we understood from others that this had been an issue for several days before our arrival. The cable in the room did not work so we were unable to watch television. This would not have been a big deal except we had a few days of less-than-ideal weather and not having a tv was disappointing. Families with small kids were really unhappy about this! We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite (all that was available when we booked) and the main bathroom had plumbing issues our entire stay - the sink would not drain and when they fixed that problem, then the shower drain would not work. We were very lucky to have a second bathroom! The resort is very pretty and the staff was lovely but for the cost of this luxury resort, we were disappointed and will not be returning. We have stayed in other properties in Grace Bay that were superior.

Amazing time at seven stars
Excellent experience at seven stars. We beach vacay every few months, try to stay at five stars. First time to Turks and Caicos, resort was amazing, daily breakfast was great. Food the property was very good. Beach on the property was phenomenal. Excursions, sailing lessons, didn’t have to ever leave. Ritz and seven stars are adjacent, in my opinion, this is some of the best section of beach on grace bay. 2 min walk to grocery store. We went during thanksgiving break, not over crowded. Shout out to the resort staff here, my son broke his arm playing beach volleyball our 2nd day there. The concierge drove us to the hospital and then picked us up when we were finished. The concierge called the hospital front desk every few hours to check on us. When we came back late that night, they had arranged food for us in our room. Way beyond what I would expect for a resort. Will definitely come back and would recommend this resort to anyone.

Great trip, but beware their system is down & no room keys or charging to room
We went to Seven Star Jan 23-28 2026 to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We stayed in an island view 2 bedroom suite. There are good & bad things to share. When we arrived, we were handed a cold towel & cocktail which was lovely. At the same time, even though we paid in full, they asked us to sign a paper saying we know about the $300/day incidental fee & asked for a credit card. We knew about this. We were then told that "their system is down" and they could not give us room keys or charge anything to the room. We would need to call for someone to let us in our room each time we wanted to enter using the phone on the first floor. Then we had to wait for someone to come. The good news is most of the time, we did not have to wait that long. We also had to carry a credit card & cash everywhere we went. The TVs did not work the entire time we were there & were told they "went out" separate & before "the system". Our room had a room next to it, but the people were very quiet so that was not an issue like others have reviewed. However, there is a club or bar of some sort not in the resort that had thumbing bass club music from about 11-2 am Friday & Saturday night which we could hear clearly & kept us awake. Thank goodness not the other nights. The breakfast was very good, particularly the eggs to order station & I noticed they had a gluten free section with special toaster etc. (we are not gluten free, but know those who are). We ate at the Deck, the Farm & Coco Bistro. All excellent. The service was friendly & quick. We had no issues getting beach chairs any day or time. The staff was amazing. Chairs very comfortable & nice. We did a snorkeling excursion through Caicos Dream for half day. It was a lot of fun. All in all, the resort was beautiful & nice, but the system being down was really terrible the whole time. The staff did not act like it was bothersome to let us in the room over & over, but we felt bad asking! The system was still down when we left & there is no telling what kind of charges will be on our credit card, but we did not charge anything to the room obviously.
