  Beach Service

  Big shout out to Charles for the best beach service I have ever had at any resort. He was non-stop servicing the whole beach and managed to come by and ask if we were good every few minutes. Food and drink would come out so fast, not to mention he is as friendly as can be. He made our stay perfect. Hope he is there next time we come back. Another shout out to Fresnel for hooking us up with with the same great beach set up everyday!

  Beautiful place but there are caveats...

  Beautiful resort, kind and friendly hardworking staff, suite was beautifully curated, no details missed, deck restaurant was delicious and so was the breakfast. My only feedback is that the rooms on the ground floor marketed as ocean view should be reclassified as garden or pool view and have a lower rate than those on the higher floors. You will also hear your neighbors screaming children or conversation, or anything really, it's kind of like you're in the room with them. Resort also holds $300 a day for incidentals, so in addition to what you pay upfront, be prepared to pay more. Overall lovely stay but once the construction is done near Point Grace, I will return there.

  Best Resort In the World

  This was our sixth trip to TCI and we have stayed at Seven Stars each time. While there are others that look intriguing, for our money, you can’t beat Seven Stars. It starts with the people and then the physical property is simply beautiful, immaculately cared for and the perfect size and configuration. The included breakfast buffet is simply a feast and offers everything we could desire including an omelette station run by the wonderful Baniel. Nelli and her staff are the best. Thanks to Rika, Jenny, Chama, Carlos and Ashley. We had a brief incident upon arrival and Speranda resolved it quickly and we were quite appreciative. She went above and beyond to assure our stay was perfect. It is always great to chat with Bela who runs this well oiled machine. I took a $100 sailing lesson with Eric at the water sports area and it was the best $100 I ever spent. He was thorough as can be and gave me much confidence as I was quite apprehensive taking out one of their catamarans. Quite a thrill and I look forward to sailing on our next trip. The pools are so clean but with Grace Bay, the best beach in the world, we really didn’t use the pools. The Deck and the Terrace are both excellent choices for lunch or dinner.(reviewed separately). Housekeeping does a tremendous job each day to keep the rooms spotless. Our ocean front junior suite was idyllic and each morning we opened the shade to reveal “the wall of paradise” that is Grace Bay Beach and the Seven Stars Resort.

  PERFECTION ! ! !

  Wow! Just wow! If we could give Seven Stars 7⭐️stars we would. We have travelled a lot and we both agreed this was an all-time favorite. We stayed in suite 1705 and it was beyond in every respect. The view was truly magnificent! All staff were excellent. The grounds were picturesque. We looked forward to a delicious breakfast every day. Ate dinner at The Farm and The Deck and they were good. Very rare, but no complaints!

  Another amazing Vacation at Seven Stars Resort and Spa on Grace Bay!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another Exceptional Stay at Seven Stars Resort! I wanted to take a few minutes to share about our recent stay at Seven Stars Resort on Grace Bay in beautiful Turks and Caicos. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and just as expected — everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to provide top-notch service and accommodations. They greeted us by name the entire time we were there and make you feel like royalty! One person who truly made our stay special was Jemica at the front desk. We had originally booked an island-view room, but hoped to upgrade to an ocean view. Jemica went out of her way, showing us several options, patiently helping us find the perfect fit. Thanks to her, we ended up in Room 3507, which was absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking ocean views! Her professionalism and kindness throughout our stay will not be forgotten. A huge shout-out to the housekeeping staff who do an excellent job every day and always have a pleasant attitude! And we can’t forget Charles, who served us wonderful food and drinks on the beach and brightened every day with his warm personality and friendly nature. He truly made our beach experience even more enjoyable! The included breakfast is another highlight. The selection is incredible — you could literally have something different every day! The hostess’s cheerfully greeted us each morning with a smile, and the omelet chefs make the most amazing breakfast! This hotel exceeds expectations on every level. The location is perfect, with many of the island’s best restaurants within walking distance. Or if you prefer, you can easily hop on one of the complimentary bikes. There is a large grocery store conveniently located right across the street, perfect for grabbing snacks, drinks, or other essentials. The beach is absolutely spectacular — expansive white sand and the most beautiful turquoise water!! The beach loungers are incredibly comfortable, perfectly positioned for soaking up the sun or relaxing under an umbrella. No need to wake up early to fight for them, as there are always plenty available! Don’t forget to take advantage of the complimentary water sports. We had a blast on the paddleboards and Hobie Cats — ask for Erik, and you’ll be in excellent hands! Seven Stars truly lives up to its name. The people, the property, and the experience are all five-star. We can’t wait to return again soon!
