  Exceptional Stay — The Service Made Our Anniversary Unforgettable

  Our stay at Seven Stars Resort & Spa in Turks and Caicos was exceptional from beginning to end. The property is beautiful, impeccably clean, and extremely well maintained. The attention to detail throughout the resort really stands out—from the rooms and grounds to the pool and beach areas. Everything felt polished, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. The location on Grace Bay is spectacular. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, with soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and easy access directly from the resort. Whether relaxing by the water or enjoying the resort amenities, we always felt well taken care of. Dining was another highlight of our stay. We had wonderful meals at The Farm, The Deck, and The Terrace, and the food and service were consistently excellent. A very special acknowledgment goes to Chef Bishwo, who made our anniversary dinner truly memorable. The cuisine he personally prepared for us was amazing, but it was his personal touch and attention to our celebration that made the evening especially meaningful. It was one of the highlights of our trip. What truly sets Seven Stars apart, however, is the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, friendly and continually greeted us by our name, which added such a personal touch and made us feel like valued guests. A special thank-you to Lila for taking care of us with drinks on the beach, Pushpa in housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and regularly checking in if we needed anything, and the breakfast staff who were all attentive and always greeted us with a smile each morning. Seven Stars combines a beautiful property, an incredible beach, excellent dining, outstanding cleanliness, and exceptional service. Most importantly, the people made our anniversary stay feel genuinely special. We would absolutely recommend Seven Stars Resort & Spa and look forward to returning!

  Welcome Back!

  Saying “see you next year” is always the hardest part of our trip to Seven Stars! Today is our departure from our 9th visit to Seven Stars. As always, our trip was fantastic from start to finish. It is always great to “come home” and see familiar faces. Lila, on the beach, has consistently been an amazing asset to Seven Stars. Can’t wait to return in 2027!

  Mid Experience for High Price

  Location is a ten near a busy section of the city, and they have great food. Rooms were mostly quiet, but we did hear another family having a huge fight next door. Staff is not thrilled to work there and didn't like cleaning.. I drew things on the bathroom door that were still there after a seven night stay. Ocean view was lovely from the upper floors. Not really worth the price overall due to inefficient cleaning, and broken items in the room, but it was a splurge. The room smelled very bad. The bed was just ok, not great for the price. The staff at the snorkeling area gave us some random guy named Chris to get a private charter instead of what the concierge offers. When I asked the concierge if they offered the same private charters both at the snorkel hut and with them and they said no. So, we went out with a guide that didn't even give us life jackets for snorkeling and we had already paid so we had to go. It made me uneasy, and the hotel didn't care much. It's not worth the price. You can dine at their restaurants while going to better hotels nearby.

  Another Incredible Stay at Seven Stars

  My husband and I just returned from our third stay at Seven Stars to celebrate a milestone anniversary and once again it exceeded every expectation. The fact that we continue to come back says everything about how special this resort truly is. From the moment you arrive until the day you leave, every member of the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping, grounds crew, restaurant staff, pool and beach attendants, or the servers, everyone greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism are a huge part of what keeps bringing us back. One employee deserves special recognition: our beach server, Jameson. He truly went above and beyond during our stay. He took the time to get to know us, anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and worked incredibly hard every single day. Our beach service was always quick, attentive, and friendly. We even learned that he came in on his scheduled day off because the resort needed help and he didn't want to let anyone down. Seven Stars is fortunate to have someone like Jameson representing the resort and we enjoyed our conversations with him each day! The location simply can't be beat. Situated right in the heart of Grace Bay, you are able to walk to several wonderful restaurants, including Le Bouchon, Embers, Coco Bistro, and Caicos Café, to name a few of our favorites. The on-site dining is excellent as well. We enjoyed appetizers and cocktails at The Farm and the view from The Deck can’t be beat, where the views over Grace Bay are absolutely spectacular. The complimentary breakfast buffet is another highlight of the experience. There is an excellent variety of fresh options, including a made-to-order omelet station. Every member of the omelet team was consistently friendly, accommodating, and genuinely happy to help each morning. We requested a high floor and stayed in a sixth-floor Oceanfront Junior Suite, and the views were breathtaking. The suite was spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and equipped with conveniences like a washer and dryer, complimentary water bottles and ample toiletries. Seven Stars offers several other thoughtful little touches. Fresh fruit was offered around the pool and beach each day, complimentary ice and water stations were always available and the padded lounge chairs and pool floats made relaxing even more enjoyable. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. As returning guests, we truly felt appreciated, and that personal recognition meant a great deal to us. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the resort has an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, and it sits on one of the most beautiful stretches of Grace Bay Beach. Despite being in such a convenient location, it never feels crowded or hectic. Everything is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well cared for. After three visits, I still struggle to understand how anyone could have anything but wonderful things to say about this resort. Seven Stars consistently delivers outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and an unforgettable experience. We left already talking about our next visit, and without question, we'll be back again.
