  Beach Heaven.

  If you are looking for a premier beach vacation, I highly recommend Seven Seas Resort and Spa. The resort's location, property, and design make it a true tropical paradise. Additionally, the staff's attentiveness and overall service provided to guests are exceptional.

  Superb service and amenities

  We just returned from a fabulous week at Seven Stars. We rolled the dice on October weather & it was great. From the moment you pull up, the service is impeccable. Staff personally greeted everyone and they brought you to your room. We booked a jr. Oceanfront suite. This was probably the nicest room we've ever had. The pictures online dont lie. Breakfast was included and it was a gourmet feast! Every staff member we encountered was so genuinely friendly. Adult pool has umbrellas for all the chairs. Plenty of chairs/umbrellas at the beach. This resort is perfectly located in Grace Bay. There is a grocery store about 2minutes away which was key. We went there to relax on the beach /pool and we loved every minute. Def recommend an ocean facing room

  Picture perfect stay!

  After spending way too much time debating hotel options in Grace Bay, I am so glad we chose Seven Stars! The pictures really don’t do this place justice. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and it was perfect for us. The furnishings were high quality, the decor was beautiful, and the layout was just really well thought out. Everything we needed was there, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, and we loved both the pool and beach areas. The lounge chairs were comfortable, and I especially appreciated the covers they used on them. Beach service was quick, and the drinks were great! We didn’t have a bad meal the entire stay. Everything we ate at the resort was delicious, and we enjoyed The Farm so much that we went twice. But what really made this stay special was the service. From the moment we pulled up in our rental car, everyone we encountered was wonderful. People were genuinely friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. I’ve stayed at quite a few five-star hotels around the world, and the service here was some of the best I’ve experienced. We visited during the off-season, so the resort wasn’t crowded, and a few places around the island were closed. Honestly, I loved it! We never had trouble getting chairs or finding space, and everything just felt relaxed. The location is also great. We walked to several restaurants and shops during our stay. My only complaint would be the soundproofing between rooms. For the first part of our stay, we didn’t have neighbors, but during our last two nights, someone checked into the adjoining suite. There were a few times we could hear them talking through the walls. It wasn’t enough to disrupt our stay, but definitely something that could be improved. Overall, I really can’t say enough good things about Seven Stars. I would absolutely stay here again and am already looking forward to going back!

  A great stay for our 10th anniversary!

  We really enjoyed our stay here for our 10th anniversary. The grounds are beautiful, the location is perfect, and our room (oceanfront one-bedroom) was the largest and nicest room we’ve ever stayed in at a resort. The resort was very quiet this time of year, which was honestly perfect for us and what we wanted out of this trip. What really made me want to write a review was one resort staff member in particular - Jameson. He was the hardest working and most delightful person we encountered and we found ourselves purposely choosing his designated area each day. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was just an all-around special guy! We hope to return someday!

  High end , quiet rest and relaxation

  Overall the property was immaculately well maintained and super clean. We stayed in rm 3102 a 1 bedroom , ocean front suite on the ground floor. It gave direct access to the beach but with no real beach view. The patio area is shrouded by high shrubs so that literally on 3 inches of the beach can be seen from inside the room( so basically a small snippet of the horizon). The patio was huge and perfect for a party or get together of some sort.. maybe a little nude sunbathing but on the other hand the space is wasted .. as there is plenty of room for a hot or small wading pool. That would have been an excellent addition and made the room perfect! Typically the germaphobe in has me wiping and cleaning everything all of the time. This place… not a speck of dust or dirt to be found .. sheets super crisp and fresh. I even felt comfortable enough to walk around with no socks or shoes… a first for me. The shower is large enough for 2 .. has excellent water pressure and temperature . There was a jetted tub also but we did not use it. A double vanity with lots of light and a separate water closet both inside and another half bath outside the bathroom down the hall. The Kitchen was full/ modern incl washing machine/ dryer,dishwasher, microwave and d a nespresso machine . Beautiful beaches with turquoise water and sugary soft sand with great beach service. Ask, for Lila he will keep you supplied with food and drinks.. super friendly with an excellent memory! Downsides: no smart tvs, so you can’t stream anything, although they all have a dvd player and a crappy dvd selection at the front desk. Food is good but really pricy for what you get. I wouldn’t consider this a family resort although there is a family pool and small playground for young kiddos but outside of that there is nothing for the kids to do. The resort is quiet and low key.. with no real entertainment except for a pitchy type lounge singer at the Deck restaurant on the beach. The location is walk about. Just outside the gates are a couple of good restaurants and a few shops., cigar shop too! A gourmet grocery store and down the road just a little bit some more shops.. Overall nice property ,if you want high end quiet rest and relaxation. This just might be your spot!
