It is expensive and worth every cent
You won't go every year because of the cost but it is worth the splurge. You want a special memory? this is your place. Service is impeccable. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Pool for families. pool for adults, a great beach (hello Lila). people do the predator thing with chairs so go out early. Great buffet breakfast included. kitchenets in the rooms. Grocery and liquor only a 5 minute walk. This will be an extraordinary experience

Absolutely fabulous Thanksgiving dinner here!
Fabulous Thanksgiving Dinner Here! My family and I were staying at the Ritz, which was fabulous and we wanted to try a different restaurant for dinner and they recommended Seven for dinner and it was absolutely fantastic!! A very traditional dinner- Turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, etc. we all just loved it!

Beautiful Beach
This resort is top notch. The beach is absolutely the best. Staff are very friendly. Everything very clean. We felt the dinners in the restaurants on site were just OK and very very expensive.....we had better dinners off the resort. Also, the last few days of our stay my lower legs were bitten very badly by the noseeums. Looked like I had the measles! I felt the hotel should have made us aware of this problem in the evenings eating outside. You don't feel them or see them! You really need to be aware of this problem in Turks and Caicos. Bug spray or maybe peppermint oil or something is a must!

Beach Service
Big shout out to Charles for the best beach service I have ever had at any resort. He was non-stop servicing the whole beach and managed to come by and ask if we were good every few minutes. Food and drink would come out so fast, not to mention he is as friendly as can be. He made our stay perfect. Hope he is there next time we come back. Another shout out to Fresnel for hooking us up with with the same great beach set up everyday!

Beautiful place but there are caveats...
Beautiful resort, kind and friendly hardworking staff, suite was beautifully curated, no details missed, deck restaurant was delicious and so was the breakfast. My only feedback is that the rooms on the ground floor marketed as ocean view should be reclassified as garden or pool view and have a lower rate than those on the higher floors. You will also hear your neighbors screaming children or conversation, or anything really, it's kind of like you're in the room with them. Resort also holds $300 a day for incidentals, so in addition to what you pay upfront, be prepared to pay more. Overall lovely stay but once the construction is done near Point Grace, I will return there.
