Check-in Policy:
Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy:
Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy:
This hotel does not accept spring break groups.
Transfer Policy:
A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

Dec 01, 2024Kids club makes Sheraton a win for families!
Wonderful kids club experience for my 5-year-old to have some craft activities outside of the swim and sun! (Note: The planned activities are for 5 and above.) There’s a little play area where my younger 3-year-old child can play as well as long as a parent is supervising. Evelyn and Denise were the facilitators for the week when we were there and the kids felt right at home with them easily! We were there for 2 hours each day, I believe it’s capped at 3 hours per day before a fee kicks in. This alone makes Sheraton a fantastic resort choice for families with young kids!

The best! Lovely resort and the kids club really is the icing on the cake. Definitely a big reason why we keep coming back. Great food, great service and a beautiful pool for adults and kids. The Sunday brunch is worth it 110%> we will be back, again

Sheraton
The daily activities are very fun and I’m always excited for the crazy game in the pool. Mariana adds a second element of fun to all pool activities and games and our server Marco was very helpful and friendly. I wish the hot tub was hotter because right now it’s just a warm tub

Sheraton vacation
Most amazing vacation …I come back every year just for Mariana at the pool…she makes our days fantastic!!!! 10/10 Jimena is also amazing sidekick to her and my favourite pool waitress is Liliana, she always has amazing smile and brings my favourite dirty banana drink right to my chair.

Nov 30, 2024It is physically a fantastic facility. BUT it has only 1 kitchen for 5 restaurants. Wait 3 hours to get food. Pathetic
Go to the buffet @ MxP 40 per head to get some food. All other restaurants have a wait time of more than 3 hours. We waited 2.50 hours at its best restaurant where a live piano player provided soft music. The servers did not know how long it will take to get the food. BUFFET IS THE ONLY OPTION.
