    Extraordinary experience!

Tonight was my 1st time visiting the Sheraton from Big Island, Shaylyn and Kyle really made me feel like Ohana! Their drinks were delicious and smiles heartwarming! There was live music tonight, a wonderful Hawaiian Bruddha sang and strummed his electric guitar beautifully, as the Pacific waves crashed rhythmically behind us. Very much enjoyed my 1st night here in this lovely Kauai paradise! I’ll be back again in the near future to visit my Ohana for drinks on the beach! Mahalos

Best possible experience - mahalo, Micah!

Micah helped us and I can't possibly overstate how welcoming, knowledgeable, caring and simply above-and-beyond he is. He made all of us feel like ʻohana. We were there for an emotional family gathering and Micah made a HUGE difference. I highly highly recommend this hotel JUST based on his amazingness. Additionally, the rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious, all the service was wonderful, and all of us felt cared for. Mahalo nui!

    Must do

Had the best time of my life! Thank you Jenn! She’s kind, fun, caring and makes a mean cocktail. So are all the bartenders. Pool tables and games! So much fun. Can’t wait to come back and do it again. Good views, good food, great bartenders! Yessah!

    Middle Class Clean Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay but I like real reviews...The food was way too pricey and we only ate at the hotel to use our $100 costco credit. I mean $26 for an omlet after tax and tip...it was good but ridiculous. Same for breakfast burrito. But lots of inconvenient restaurants cheaper near by. Its just a pain to keep leaving to get food . The pool always had lots of kids. I couldn't and didn't swim in it for that reason all week. The ocean was too rocky to swim in outside hotel only for looks. We liked that this hotel was half way between N and S shores. Some of the local parks were sketchy like Litigate that allows camping. Hilton nearby needs a serious upgrade..very 70s looking murky koi pond. Sheriton was quiet at night minus occasional door slamming normal for hotels with extremely heavy doors. We never heard drunks laughing in halls. Most people from a time zone that helps people want to go to bed early. What I appreciated most is the complimentary hospitality room for showers after check out due to red eye..but ...book that early so you can get the tine you need. Also i appreciated water refill station and Longs drugs next door.
