    Very Disappointing

    Very Disappointing The hotel is beautiful and the beach is very nice, but it needs a lot of maintenance. From the moment we arrived, there were ants on the nightstands and a puddle of water in the bathroom. We also had constant problems with the room key cards, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TVs. There were water leaks in different areas of the hotel. The pool situation was also concerning. Around 4–5 PM, someone would pour a bucket of chlorine into the drain while the pool was full of guests. The worst part was the food—some of the worst I’ve had at an all-inclusive hotel. Rainwater leaks reduced the available seating, and the lines were so long that some people ended up eating standing in the salad area. On top of that, reservations for the Mexican and Italian restaurants are extremely limited. On the positive side, the staff and customer service were good, the show area is spacious, the shows were enjoyable, the drinks were better in the show area, and the beach is beautiful. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it urgently needs better maintenance, organization, and a major improvement in the food. For the price, I expected much more.
