Absolutely beautiful resort with great vibes, food and activities for both adults and kids. The staff made the experience even better. Big shout out to my girl Yeni (J Lo) who’s fun personality at the pool made the summer trip for my sister and I!!

Fabulous!
We had a wonderful time at SLS Playa Mujeres! From the minute we entered the resort to the minute we left! We were greeted by Mario who went out of his way to make our trip fabulous! Our butlers Alexis and Luis were fantastic! Alexis outdid himself making arrangements for dinner, bringing my husband the right amount of beers, bringing me pillow mist to make our room smell heavenly and catering to our every need! Luis went out of his way to make sure our travel arrangements were updated and he even got us a later checkout time! There are too many good memories to count! This hotel is amazing! We will definitely be back!

Vacay Fun!
Hands down best family vacay we have gone on! Beautiful, clean resort, plenty of delicious food. Our favorites were Union (steak) and Filia (Italian). The kids loved The Press and ate their fair share of donuts. Kids had the best time at the water park. The beach had seaweed, but they did best to keep it clean. They kept our room clean. We upgraded to Elite and it was so worth it! We had a jacuzzi top room, omg it was amazing! We also had 2 phenomenal butlers take care of us, every little need and every reservation, and they went above and beyond to make us feel special for our anniversary. Mauricio and Marissa…the best butlers ever! The seating at the kids pool and family pool were a little sparse, but if you’re elite, you have more seating options. We were able to get a cabana when all the “regular” seating was gone which was so good to get out of the sun. Cool teens club and kids club! My son loved going to play in the teens club. Also, took a trip on one is the sailboats. It was so fun! We didn’t know how to steer it, so one of the guys at the stand took us and took so many pics for us! Was a great experience. Anyway, go Elite, get the 5th floor, and be ready for a good time!

Overall the hotel good. The food was a hit or miss. The service was also the same. The reservation system for the restaurants was a concern. They put us outside in the patio on hot days. We couldn't be seated inside due to table of 10. Dinner is at 9pm. The last call for the kitchen was at 10 pm and they didn't tell us. We couldn't order desserts. The rooms are really comfortable. Shout out to Gaspar for arranging us to go to Cocobongo!!!!!! The ice cream was not hard, it melted by the time you take it outside. There is many various food selection for the breakfast buffet! There are lots of beach chairs on the beach! There family pool should have been bigger. They should not do the aqua classes in the family pool, it should have been at the adults only pool when the pool is triple the size.

Great experience!
We had a great time at the resort. Our AMAZING butlers Isaac & Daniel took great care of us. The facility was clean at all times. The beaches were wonderful with very little sea weed to worry about. The food options & quality were top notch. Lots of kid friendly options at the resort. The restaurants could improve on their services. Reservations often meant nothing as we waited extended periods of time to get drinks or even place food orders. Lotus Restaurant was by far the best experience of the trip. Kids enjoyed the hibachi show and food. Overall a great experience here. Look forward to coming back here in the future!
